So, easy to take vitamins like these are essential for my well-being and that of my dependents. These are easy to take and they do not get stuck in your teeth. In terms of flavour they aren’t too intense so most people could consume them without any trouble.I cannot say whether they are having an effect as I do not have access to that kind of biometric data. I am not feeling any negative side-effects of taking these though. If like me you struggle to get your recommended allowance of vitamin K and want alternatives to tablets, I would highly recommend these chews.

I take one every other day, as the dosage does seem a bit high, and I don't want to overload my system.It's too early to tell if they are making a difference. The slight orange flavor and easy chewing make these easy to take.Once these run out, I will be ordering more, as I prefer to give a product a good 6 months before making any assumptions about it.

I find gummies much easier to take, and especially easier to get the kids to take, my only complaint about these is that they seemed very stuck together, so take a little bit of separating one out sometimes, but much better than taking tablets
