The bristles are a pretty bright pink! It’s easy to put the cap on because of the sleeve that pulls up so that the bristles don’t get bent. I really like that.I used it to put finishing powder on my face. It worked really well. It was light and easy to use. The bristles are soft and dense enough to feel nice, but not so dense that they feel hard. It felt nice on my face. They picked up and distributed my powder well. It also blended all my makeup in nicely.I washed the brush on a bar of soap and dried it with a towel. All the makeup came off (not sure if that’s because of the bristles or my soap, though). I left it on the counter and it’s still damp after four hours so I can’t put the cap back on it. Water gets in between the pull up collar and the handle part so you have the pull up the collar and dry that a few times to dry off the water. I wouldn’t be washing it often while traveling so I don’t think it’s a bad thing.Much like!P.S. The color is not a metallic pastel pink like in the product picture, it’s more on the “more copper” side of rose gold.

I received this set of two retractable makeup brushes. They basically appear as described and work fine. The bristles are soft and the retraction mechanism works without issue. They are less dense than other quality makeup brushes I've used in the past, but will work well in your purse for travel or touch-ups.

Brushes are light weight and good for travel. They come with a lid to protect the brush. Casing protecting the brush is cheap and gets easily. Brushes also are thinner and not very thick. Brushes wash up well and overall would be good travel brushes.

These retractable makeup brushes are perfect for traveling, especially for those who use mineral-based foundations. Uncap and turn out the brush, then retract and recap when done. The quality is great and the outer finish is quite pretty. I'm keeping these in my travel cosmetics bag! A great product and good price.

These two retractable makeup brushes are pretty cute. I like their pink color and unique design. There’s actually a hidden inner wall that works as the retractable mechanism clicking with the cap. The cap moves this inner wall up during opening. And while closing, put the cap on to the inner wall first before pushing it all the way down to the base handle to protect the bristles. A little small in size, but big enough to do the job. Brush shapes work for foundation and blush.Cons: There’s a sandpaper rubbing feel when opening and closing the cap which I don’t like though. And brush heads’ bristles weren’t made that well, both have dent-in spots shown in the red circled areas on the photo attached here. Therefore took off a star.Overall this is a nice invention that makes makeup brushes more portable and clean for travel.

This is a great blending brush and great for travel. It easily closes and the cover protectes the brush so the hairs don't get bent. I am very pleased with this brush.

These items are not going to last you very long. It will do well for one trip then you will have to toss. Straight out of the package, they look nice. Then you take the cap off and the metal feels cheap and the handle feels like it will break. The angled brush feels a little better than your other one. The bristles are already falling off without ever being used.
