Outstanding product and support
This is a great product. Like all RT System software it makes the tedious task of programming, and organizing memories for our radios far easier. It also allows for an easy way to archive various memory configurations for easy retrieval. RT Systems is an American Company that offers superior customer service. Call them with questions and they will have the answers you need. I invest in RT System software for all my radios as it helps make them much more usable.

Does not include the CD as advertised.
This kit came from GigaParts, and is not shipped with the CD as advertised, rather ships with a license key on a card that tells you to download the software from RTSystem. The cable and download without a CD costs $35 from RTSystems. This product CANNOT be used offline.Do not waste the extra money on GigaParts FALSE ADVERTISING.As for the actual software and cable package... I highly recommend the RTSystems software if they have a version compatible with your radio (most modern radios). I just do not recommend bothering with this up priced version. Buy direct.

RT Systems does it again!
This software loaded up quite nicely and was an ease to use. I have used their programming software on other ham radio equipment. Always works well and saves a lot of drudgery.

Download the application for Kenwood's website no reason to pay for what's is now offered for free by the manufacturer
...And then I realized Kenwood has a more full featured software, which is free to download
