SportPlus Rowing Machine for Home with Air Resistance (8 Levels)

Had this for a few weeks now . at first had an issue with noise from the band which gave the impression of rubbing and slightly uneven pull Also one of the footrests kept moving and slipping off the machine . I rang the helpline and spoke to a really helpful chap in English who sent me a selection of spares . I am not a technical guy but found them relatively easy to fit without issue and have had no problems since . I connected the device to my phone and a tablet via the app There is a bit of a knack to it but once connected it works fine allowing clear concise measurement of progress and saving of previous stats. I find the lower settings good for warm up and at level 24 yes ( yes there are 24 levels of resistance ) it provides a good workout . It feels like a quality product and I am very pleased with my purchase

The machine itself is robust and a good workout. The Bluetooth compatibility and App are totally useless. (used this with a Sportsplus heart-strap) Unfortunately this means the cardio programs and fat burning programs don't provide any useful data or feedback. So it's a great rowing machine but you probably need to buy something additional to track heartrate and calorific burn.

purchased both the Rower SP-MR-009-iE and the Bike SP-HT-9500-E-B. I chose these because they both use the same computer and the same app developed by the supplier. Both machines work well though more Hyundai than Mercedes (they are probably like everything else made in Korea). Both are mains powered and the transition in resistance (either from a provided programme or your own, your heart rate or simply manual) is smooth. I am 1.80m and I find the bike only just large enough - taller and you might be better of with the larger bike. The rower would easily suit a larger person. The app gives a good visual representation of the various workout parameters (I use an iPad) - better than LCD screens. I use both machines with a Wahoo Tickr X - the rower has no built in heart monitor, and those on the bike handlebars are a bit eratic. It can be a bit tricky to connect both the machine and the heart monitor to the app. The app does have some bugs, though none is fatal, eg I could not get the Map to work, History only stores the last week's workouts. Calories are counted very differently in each machine, the bike recording three to four times that of the rower for similar effort - probably related to the energy generated by the flywheel. If you have a problem, customer service is prompt and helpful. The app seems to undergo periodic upgrades which hopefully will see improvements in the future.

Just far too weak for me, I don’t know if I’m just the wrong kind of build for this but it just doesn’t offer anything near the resistance I wanted. Probably my fault but this is not cheap. Some parts came broken (the plastic covers were cracked from transit I assume).

First off let me say that the delivery and packaging were spot on. On opening the box I found two plastic coated cards with tools and clearly marked nuts, bolts and washers. The assembly instructions were clear, easy to follow and straightforward, nothing too challenging on the assembly either simple build and every thing went together without stress. On completion I have a very solid and very stable rowing machine, it has happily coped with with my 6' 4" 18st anatomy with no creaks or groans, the seat glides smoothly and the action seems to be very good and easy. I am unfit but reasonably strong after a couple of minutes on level 3 resistance I could feel it in my arms and legs so I think it will help me to get fitter, and hopefully allow me to strengthen my back. I know its a little pricey but you certainly get what you pay for. We'll see how it goes but very happy at the moment.

Great machine, I connected it to my phone for more programmes and the app allows calories burned etc to be more personal to your height and weight. The machine itself is brilliant and the levels are great no matter what your fitness level , would def recommend

Great machine really sturdy, took a while to put together. Bluetooth not connecting to my iPad but nor end of world..

very good rowing machine, very please, especially as it arrived a week earlier than expected, like the way you can connect to tablet or any other android device. very easy to assemble. would recommend.

Utilizzato da 4 mesi (Aprile 2018) posso davvero dire che é un ottimo attrezzo per la robustezza, la fluidità del movimento, il silenzio sia del volano che dello scorrere del seggiolino e, non ultima, la praticità del fatto che sia pieghevole e sufficientemente leggero per spostarlo dove si vuole grazie alle ruote. Ottimo anche il computer che tramite l'App consente diversi percorsi e tiene traccia delle singole sedute svolte (durata, tempo, distanza percorsa, calorie spese, etc.). Facile da assemblare grazie alle istruzioni chiare e dettagliate anche in italiano (un paio d'ore massimo!) e agli attrezzi forniti. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole evitare l'impatto di corsa o jogging su ginocchia e caviglie e per chi, come me, non ha il tempo di andare in palestra.

Je suis très contente de mon achat. Le montage était facile, j'ai même pu me débrouillée toute seule sans soucis. Et à l'utilisation, le rameur est bien silencieux (ma fille dort juste à coté et ne l'entend pas). Il y a plein de programmes différents grace à l'application qui va avec (il suffit d'une tablette ou smartphone en bluethoot). Bref, contente !! micro bémol : les attaches pour les pieds ne sont pas pensés pour les petites chaussures (il vaut mieux mettre des baskettes). Et ce qui est très pratique, c'est qu'il ne prend pas du tout de place une fois replié, il se glisse facilement derrière un fauteuil dans le salon.

Me parece un excelente aparato pot el precio que tiene. Es muy silenciosa, la resistencia del freno magnetico es más que suficiente para un uso doméstico, es plegable, las instrucciones de montaje son muy claras y sin ser nada manitas la tenía ensamblada en menos de una hora. El punto que más me ha sorprendido es que su estructura es muy muy robusta...Mi peso actual está por encima del máximo admitido por la máquina pero por mucho que le exijas no demuestra en ningún momento que la estés "maltratando". Como punto a mejorar pondría que no se puede configurar nada en la pantalla LCD.

Top ausgestattet und verarbeitet, der Aufbau klappt auch alleine gut und ist echt durchdacht gestaltet (Schrauben auf Karten nummeriert und nicht alles lose im Sack)Der Tablethalter ist ein tolles Feature, die App Anbindung klappt sofort anstandslos. Bin kein Profi hab mir aber doch einige Geräte in dieser Preisklasse angesehen und würde immer wieder zu diesem hier raten.. hatte zuvor schon ein "günstiges" ca 200 EUR Gerät, jedem Einsteiger empfehle ich etwas mehr zu investieren und hier zuzugreifen. deutlich robuster und hochwertiger, dagegen wirkt das 200 EUR Gerät wie Spielzeug... egal ob es der Sitz, die Fußschalen oder die Lautstärke ist. Und die feinere Verstellung ist auch Top (beim alten gab es schon immer wieder die Situation das eine Stufe zu schwer und die andere zu leicht ist.. am Foto fehlt die Kunststoffverkleidung des Fußes, gefällt mir persönlich so besser. Die anderen Sport Plus Geräte sind Zufall, die Firma liefert bis jetzt immer gute Geräte zum guten Kurs, weiters ist der Support sehr freundlich, reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit

Der Versand erfolgte schnell, das Paket ist von einem kräftigen Mann problemlos zu tragen. Der Aufbau war super easy, jede Schraube ist einzeln nummeriert und in der Beschreibung aufgeführt, das kann wirklich jeder aufbauen - selbst das benötigte Werkzeug ist dabei. Das Rudergerät selbst ist von ordentlicher Qualität. Was aus Metall sein sollte, ist aus Metall, der Rest ist aus Plastik. Die Optik ist mir persönlich nicht ganz so wichtig, ist aber auch okay. Nun zum rudern: Um es kurz zu machen, mechanisch funktioniert alles prima. Das rudern geht gut, die Bewegungen lassen sich auch für einen 1,90 Mann gut ausführen. Ja es knarzt hier und da mal, solange nichts bricht ist das okay. Wenn das Rudergerät nicht benutzt wird, kann es erstaunlich platzsparend zusammen geklappt werden und passt in jede Ecke. Auf den Fotos finde ich sieht das Gerät größer aus, als es tatsächlich ist, was mir gut gefällt. Was nervt ist die Technik, denn die Verbindung zur Cardiofit App muss jedes Mal neu hergestellt werden. So wie man es von anderen Geräten kennt, wo sich die beiden Geräte IPad und Rudergerät beim einschalten wiede erkennen - Fehlanzeige. Dazu kommt, dass die Verbindung meist nicht auf Anhieb klappt, so braucht man mehrere Versuche und kurz bevor man genervt aufgeben möchte, klappt es meistens, dafür einen Stern Abzug. Dies bezieht sich auf die Cardiofit App, die ansich simpel, aber gut gemacht ist. Bis auf die Karten, die nämlich nicht funktionieren. Die Kinomap App funktioniert überhaupt nicht, weil keine Verbindung zum Gerät hergestellt werden kann, da der Hersteller Sportplus nicht aufgeführt ist. Da finde ich es nicht okay, dann damit zu werben, dafür würde ich eigentlich noch einen Stern abziehen, habe aber noch die Hoffnung, dass entweder der App Hersteller oder Sportplus noch etwas daran ändern, denn das kann ja mittels Update schnell gelöst werden. Besonders erwähnenswert finde ich, dass eine simple IPad Halterung Standard ist. Selbst wenn ich die App nicht nutze, kann ich problemlos Filme schauen, ohne mir irgendetwas für das IPad überlegen zu müssen. Alles in allem bin ich mit dem Gerät zufrieden, wenn jetzt noch die Verbindungsprobleme gelöst werden und irgend eine Art Karte / Video funktioniert (entweder in der Cardiofit App oder in Kinomap) ist das Gerät eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Dann gibt es auch den fünften Stern... Update vom 26.02.2019: Die Kinomap App ist aktualisiert und funktioniert jetzt. Weiterhin nervig ist dass die Bluetooth Anbindung zum IPad beim Verbinden nie auf Anhieb klappt, das gilt für die Cardiofit App. Bitte beheben, dann gibt es den letzten Stern.
