Had an bad experience with the Rossmann coffee machine. Right from the first use, it leaked all over the counter, despite following all the correct procedures. The temperature control is a disaster completely erratic, with no way for me to adjust it, resulting in inconsistent coffee every time. I opted to return it. The customer service has been a nightmare! I absolutely would not recommend this machine to anyone. It's been a complete waste of time and money

Thia machine makes better espresso than my previous Agaro machine....with optimum crema using presurised basket....in Agaro machine crema used to be overwhelming and seemd to be fake with lots of big bubbles this machine every time extracts perfect shot...also the steam wand is better than agaro one...easy to clean and heats up faster.....
