Keto game changer! Buy it when on sale!
OMG!!! Absolute game changer for keto! How did I live without this? It’s obviously not very filling, as it has no carbs, but gives you more food options! It’s a bit expensive for me, I have 2 satchels for one meal, so when reduced comes to £10 for 4 meals. Very easy to prep, rinse, microwave, done! I looove the texture! Proper firm, not like baby food. It doesn’t really taste or smell like anything, which is perfect. Make sure to rinse it tho!

Great noodles for fasting, calorie control or low carb diets
I used konjac noodles years ago when I was doing 5:2 diet. Found them useful for fasting days but they always had a slight fishy smell/taste. I thought I would try again for easy calorie controlled meals and these have been a real game changer. I always rinse before use and there is no smell or taste which means I can substitute to most any noodle and pasta dish. Texture is slightly different to normal noodles/pasta but it's fine. I've also not noticed any stomach issues from eating 1 pack in a meal. And it's great to create really quick/easy low calorie and low carb meals.

Quick service & excellent product
Super quick delivery. These do not smell like other versions of these noodles. As long as you prepare properly (washing and frying them to get some of the water out) they taste fine.

Bought these as was advised healthier than normal noodles, they taste awful and texture is not pleasant, rest gone in bin

Guilt free pasta substitute
Put enough sauce on these low carb noodles and you can convince yourself you are eating real spaghetti guilt free. Also very good in soup broth.
