If you don’t have a kite or a panda (!), try this uplifting blend of turmeric, apple and lemon balm – historically drunk to improve mood and reduce anxiety. Good if you're feeling a little grumpy. Welcome to Happy – from our fabulous Feel Good range! As well as tasting great (yup, not biased at all) each of these blends contain an active ingredient which supports your wellbeing. In the case of this stress-free blend… active ingredient: lemon balm – used since the Middle Ages to help maintain a positive mood and cognitive function, maintain a healthy sleep, and contribute to the normal functioning of the intestinal tract. Fun fact: this herb has nothing to do with lemons… it belongs to the mint family! when we like to drink it: it's caffeine free, so you can drink it round the clock! We like ours in the morning if we’ve rolled out of the wrong side of the bed, or as an afternoon pick-me-up. Almost perfect
This tea is very relaxing. Smell is fresh, strong and lovely. Taste is good, but better if done in a teapot or covered mug. It reminds me of homemade tea. Definitely better than average tea from the UK shops, including more expensive brands, but a bit overpriced. Product design is great. Arrived very quickly.

Extremely lemony
Really like these. They have a very lemony taste and are absolutely delicious. Not entirely sure whether this tea actually makes me feel any happier but it makes a very refreshing drink so I'll definitely be buying this again in future.

Strong aroma, mild citrus taste.
Wow, on opening the pack I was pleased with the extremely strong scent of citrus lemon, it would make an excellent pot pourette the taste is mild, citrus being the top flavour, I had to leave in for a while and only use a teacup, not a mug else it will be too watery, but it's a lovely refreshing taste.

It works!
Great teas these from tea pigs. I've been buying the happy, snooze and calm and it really works in changing my mood. Before this I was feeling lots of pressure in work si, whenever I was feeling more stressed, sad and angry, usually all at the same time, I would drink a "happy" tea and that would make me feel better straight away.

Tastes nice, as far as you like lemon balm. 1 tea bag can easily make 2 mugs of tea, which are still rich in flavour.
