Exactly what was pictured is what was received. They are a little big for toddlers but if you get some adjusters they are perfect.

Run a little small
These are too small for my almost-4-year-old granddaughter but fit my 18-month-old grandson (who has a big head) perfectly. They were a hit! Very cute

These are definitely child size. I had hoped that they might fit on my petite head, no such luck. But just bc they didnt work for me, doesnt mean that they aren't still great for little noggins!
