Meter says 109 but actual water temperature is less than 100°. Has a very sharp edge on the inside that will slice you open if you're not careful. The filters have holes in the end because there's not enough suction to draw water through them to properly filter the water. They added a cover to help with filtration but it is just a sock if you will. Save your money and grab another one for a little more.

One of my best Amazon purchases. Bigger than I expected. I thought it was for a single person but it fits 2 ppl with extra room. Once set up, I added 2/3 water from a hose and 1/3 hot water from the sink to speed up the process. Cover the lid. Set it to 100 degrees and in an hour it was warm enough to get in. The material is like a tuff plastic similar to an inflatable Intex boat I own. Surprisingly the bottom is very cushy and comfortable to sit on. Probably helped that I put it on faux grass. The controls on the panel were easy enough to figure out. Heat, bubbles, etc… the cost is reasonable to the size. I’m loving that it can pack away nice and neat when not in use. Can’t wait to have another dip in it tonight.

The good!!! We are loving the hot tub! It seems durable and the cover fits nice and tight. We’ve had it set up for about two weeks now. The bubbles are nice! Water tends to heat as programmed. It can easily accommodate 2 to 4 adults. 6 would be a bit crowded. The bad!!! The directions are not easy to follow. It took replaying the video, under images and videos, several times to figure out how to connect everything. The ugly!!! The first shower we had caused the bubbles to come on. I was glad I was home and could turn off. The panel is very sensitive!! To solve the problem, I bought a bit larger plastic trash can to cover it…mainly when rain is expected. I had to cut the side to fit over the connectors. There is some leakage where the pump is but doesn’t seem to be coming from any connections. Hoping it’s condensation.

After a second attempt thru amazon, the company has informed me they are going to inform their technicians regarding the heating problem and will get back to me. I will write a folliw-up review then. PRIOR REVIEW: No illustrations for set-up. Left over parts and no response contact from company. Now, after only 2 months of use, it won't heat above 94°. Very disappointing!

Pump only lasted two months. No support from company. Waste of money. So disappointed.

This hot tub is well worth the money. Easy to set up and maintain. I love this tub. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an inflatable hot tub. Does a great job of maintaining the temperature of 104 degrees even on cold nights or mornings. Very comfortable to sit in. A+++

Product was delivered today without 73”x73” hot tub, mat and cover. ***Update. Customer service contacted me and said second package is on its way.

Returned due to not staying inflated. Never received my refund. I do not recommend anything

I have just put it up and filled it so far it is slows heating it has been 2 days heat up to 92 tub does not heat to advertised temperature no customer service evident only contact is by an email address that is never answered
