Don’t hesitate just get it. It’ll be worth it.
Beautifully put together. Works with your phone with an app. You can put in their names of your medication‘s. When each alarm goes off, it tells you all the medication’s that you should be receiving. You can change the times at any time you want to. And you can turn the alarms off. You can even hit next to go to the next one and it will dispense the pills. It’s easy to put together. You just open up the shell and clean the wall lining and then place it back in and fill in your pills. Once you lift the thing that holds the individual pills do not move or lift up the individual pill divider if you lift it you will have all the pills go all over the place. it works absolutely great. I can’t see it anymore. I’ve had five of these different brands different kinds and this is the one I love the most and I’m on over18 medication’s.

Not what it claims!!!
I was looking for pill dispenser that would remind me to take my medicines (especially my seizure meds) and notify me and my husband's phones if I forgot so I can take some from my reserve stash at work so I don't have a seizure. I am in my mid forty's and this took me 3 hours to program and set up and I am good with technology. It was so frustrating. We never got my husband's phone set up because when you connect his it disconnected mine for some reason. You can have more than one fingerprint, but I believe the fingerprint was only for loading the medicine. The bluetoothe connection only worked if the phone was almost directly over it. Since there was no battery it had to be plugged in at all times so that it could be "charged" to spin the medicine to drop it at the correct time. It did beep for about 15 minutes continuously and flash green when it was time to take your medicine and it was easy to push and slide out the pill tray. It even nicely said thank you when you returned the tray after taking your medicine. I liked that it had the fingerprint and a key that you could insert in the bottom as back up to keep that much medicine locked up. We have a little one at home and I didn't like having that much medicine out at once. It was also I nice feature to not have to lift the entire thing up to get the dose because it is big and will fill up your night stand. A few times this week a pill or 2 got stuck and I had to use the enclosed tweezers to get them. When I knew I was going to be out later than normal I changed the evening timer to an hour later. Big Mistake! If you have an android at least I could not find a setting so it does not sync to your google calendar automatically. You already have to create an app to use the device and it has its own calendar, but anytime you change or look at anything in the app it adjust it on your google calendar. I had seen reviews where it was nice to have all your medicine listed in the app for when you go to the doctors as well as a few others reporting medicine sometimes got stuck so I listed all my medicines thinking it might just help with how it drops or something. Anyway it doesn't it just creates a different event on google calendar for each medicine even if you only take am and pm medicine so when I pushed back the time one hour it created roughly 16 new events everyday, every week, for every upcoming month! Also it doesn't not send an audible alert to the phone if you miss your dose!!!!! In your notifications you will see a tiny message. The purpose was so we were notified and could be aware. This does not make you aware with a light, sound, or message across the screen. Last night I was so tired I decided to use the advance mode where you can move the medicine tray and take it ahead of time. I went into the app and marked already taken so I could go ahead and sleep (which epileptic patients need!) It marked it and thanked me. 2 hours later the medicine container wakes be blaring it's alarm and flashing it's green light and drops the next dose (which would be for the next day!) I could not find a way to back it up. If I left it in the morning it would have dropped the evening dose on top of that dose and my next 13 days would all be off. I had to put that dose in another empty spot, advance it to drop the next evening dose and then find an empty spot for it and go to bed and try to figure out a solution in the morning. This morning I reread the handouts it shipped with and everything has to scan QR codes to watch dubbed videos. It took me 2 hours to figure out how to reset to factory reset. And I asked for a refund. Just found out I'm losing $21 dollars because It's used. I got it the evening of October 28th and returned the morning of Nov. 5th. I am so frustrated. I don't think I've been this overwhelmed and frustrated with a device and company in a long time.

Perfect size
I loved the size and organization of this. They are good quality pill cases, and easy to take with me and refill. Great value for the size as well - it’s nice that they fit some of my bigger vitamins and they look nice on my counter without taking up a ton of space.

A Lifesaver - for a great price.
An actual, true Lifesaver. There could be some improvements to the product (Better functioning fingerprint detection for the switch, a way to control the frequency of alarms). I am TERRIBLE at remembering to take my vital heart medications twice a day (so this is a 15-day pill dispenser for me - 31 slots in the machine - so I use 16 for mornings, 15 for evenings)

Mixed results
My dad is 94 years old and has dementia, so he doesn't have a smart phone, nor the ability, for programming the dispenser. So it is up to me. Positives The fingerprint lock was very easy to set up, but then I am familiar with the process since I use fingerprint id for my phone. I like that you can input the names of the specific meds being dispensed. Setting the desired time is easy, and the voice confirmation that the time has been programed and saved is reassuring. I like that if the Advance button is pressed to access pills before the programmed time and the tray is opened, a klaxon alarm sounds (think fire station) and a red light flashes. If you don't know to press Cancel, it is intimidating enough to make someone rethink what they are doing. Negatives I am reasonably savvy when it comes to setting up items which I control with an app, but I struggled with this one after the initial setup. It is not really designed to be user friendly if you are setting it up for a loved one who doesn't live with you. For starters, the app won't connect to the dispenser unless you give it access to your calendar, and then it completely fills your calendar with not one, but 3 reminders for every medication time (?!). And then if the learning curve means you need to adjust the times at all, it really piles up in your calendar. I am hoping now that we have the times where we want them and I have deleted 15 days worth of multiple reminders from my phone, that I won't have to deal with that again for a while. In addition, the battery hasn't lasted more than 36 hours so far. Once the charging light turns green, one would assume it is fully charged, but we have had it 3 and a half days, and the battery has died overnight 2 times, so I get to go over and dispense the pills manually because his morning caregiver won't touch it. I decided to leave it plugged in rather than return it because Dad has already adjusted to it and learned how to open the tray. With some tweaks to the app and maybe a better battery, it has great potential.

Not reliable and simple enough to use
We purchased this pill dispenser for our memory-impaired elderly father. Unfortunately, it proved to be undependable. It uses Bluetooth communication with our mobile phones and we had it connected to both my father‘s phone and my phone. My father does not have Wi-Fi at his home. We found that the rotating slots did not always advance properly, and for some reason, the trap door would not always open and drop the pills into the removable tray. The dispenser comes with a pair of tweezers to be able to get pills out of the slots, but there is no place on the dispenser to keep the tweezers. Then my father could not remember where we had set the tweezers to be able to get his pills out of the slots. We also found out the hard way that you can’t manually advance the rotating slots to correct it without lifting it up. Unfortunately, when you lift it up, all of the pills fall through and mixed together and you have to sort them out to get the dispenser set up again. We also found that something as simple as having to press on the little tray to get it to release to access the dispensed pills wasn’t easy for him either. You have to press on the left side of the tray with a quick press of your thumbto get it to release. He struggled with that.

Ok quality but locking mechanism breaks easily and it becomes useless
The locking click is very flimsy and breaks very easily in normal use; afterwards it becomes useless as the tray slides out all the time and pills spill

Great pill organizer
Bought this for my Mum. She has a lot of pills to take throughout the day. This pill organizer is big enough to store small as well as big pills like omega in the compartments. The tray is well made so all the daily pill holders stay secure in place by date order. It’s a great product for especially for seniors so that they don’t miss any medications

Quality is good
So far so good! Very easy to open and fits back into the slots well, stands well and quality is good. Haven’t passed the month yet so not sure how well it stands with time and repeated opening and closing yet, but pleased so far.
