Nice item a , top is a bit small for me , but Still ok
It is a bit small, I'm 5'9" 200/ lbs. the bottom is good, lots of room, the top is a bit small for me, it doesn't close all the way but it's still ok, just wear black shirt and probably get a piece of black burlap to cover. Other than that it's great, I also got the hooded skull mask with it and it all looks great , just wish they could of left a little more room in it, the 6" guy that said it had lots of room must be tall and thin.

A really cool costume with a few flaws
Pros:- Looks really cool when it's on.- Seems well made. If you can sew however, I'm sure you can come up with something better for the price.- Much better than any similar costume you'll find at a big box or Halloween store. Those tend to be thin, polyester material. This has elements of that but only underneath the thicker burlap material for comfort.- It's very comfortable and simple.Cons:- The size. This varies of course but the skirt is huge. I'm very thin (32 waist) but could probably fit three of myself in it. My solution was to add more velcro around the top and wrap it around my waist.- It does shed as other reviews have said. It sheds a lot too. I took it outside and shook it for a while and got most of the larger strings to fall of but it still has smaller fibers that shed out. There may be a way to seal the edges but this isn't made as tightly as normal burlap which I think is what causes the shedding.- It has the kind of oily, burlap smell. I've had it hanging outside for a few days and sprayed it with a water/vinegar solution. This took some of the smell away but not all of it.- This is a nitpick but once you have it on there is no access to any of your clothes underneath so if you need to carry anything in you pockets (wallet, phone, etc) you can't get to them. I planning on using a small burlap sack or something tied to the belt.Because of all these cons I think that the normal price is a little high. But even with the cons I'm happy with it. The only necessary change I made was to add more velcro to the skirt. So for a complete costume (keep in mind without the mask and hands) I would have to spend much more for something nicer and well-made.

this is perfect!! it is a heavy burlap
this is perfect!! it is a heavy burlap, not cheap looking like so many other costume are. It looks like a dress but it is actually a pair of pants and top. the bottoms are big and have flowery like torn pieces so it makes it look full like a gown. It cost a little more but it was worth it for the quality.

Sheds SO BADLY
- Pros: Can be worn by those with larger curves, or larger stature, as there is a LOT of material and coverage. It is a very heavy duty, high quality burlap fabric. Great for staying warm on colder days. It also looks fantastic while wearing it.- Cons: It really is a large robe. I’m 5’5”, almost 200lbs, and it is quite large on me even still. On top of that, the material is heavy duty, which means it is also heavy to wear and may cause overheating. I was sweating rather excessively after wearing it for about 30 min indoors to test out. It also comes with an overwhelmingly strong smell, as most real burlap fabrics do. Unless you love the smell of burlap, it’s not exactly pleasant.- More Cons: It’s burlap. The shirt and lower half have some fabric lining, but the outer material is real burlap. For those who have never had burlap, it sheds. Everywhere. Constantly. You’ll be sneezing out burlap lint for days. It’s like having thousands of tiny bits of lint and fibers constantly getting everywhere and on everything, not unlike glitter. I realize burlap is naturally fibrous, but it’s such a pain to clean up after wearing the robes anywhere but outdoors. There are also strings that come loose and shed off of the robe. Overall, it seems to cause a lot of mess. Conclusion: It’s not a bad robe. It looks fantastic and is fun to wear. It’s amazing quality. But I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting to have to go out of my way to “fix” the problems it came with. I’m currently in the middle of handwashing and drying out this beast of a robe, and it is a trying process. I was hoping to wear this to a family party for Halloween, but am now concerned about the possibility of it shedding everywhere at the host’s house. I’ll be doing what I can to fix the issue, but if you don’t treat the burlap yourself, I wouldn’t recommend this for indoors since it leaves fuzz and strings literally everywhere.

I used this many, many times so I feel highly qualified to comment. The look is actually fantastic, I think it will exceed your hopes and impress. Please be aware that this outfit sheds very badly, small threads that will get all over.It hasn't hurt durability any, I'm still using it so many times for 2 years. The shedding is annoying, but the outfit is so fantastic that still give this 5 stars.I put it in a plastic bag for storage so it doesn't shed everywhere.

This is a great costume but it sheads alot
This is such a scary gown for my ghost costume. The gown was altered to fit my size and it worked out! The skirt was shortened and the sleeves were shortened to fit me. The only flaw is that there is black strings everywhere! Overall this was a great costume

Costume
This is a very good quality costume and very heavyweight. The costume has a strong odor from the burlap. I needed to air out the smell by leaving it outside for a day. I was using this costume for a prop that I made and it looks fantastic. Looking forward to scaring the trick or treaters on Halloween night!
