This product has five stars because it's easy to get a super shine with it if you do the prep work properly.I used it to give a natural wax polish finish to some oak items that I've made. I'm delighted with the results.My Tip:You won't get a smooth shiny waxed finish if you don't get the wood properly prepared first.If you apply it to unprepped wood no wax will give a good finish.If you do that then this product will not disappoint.

Nice gooey dark brown wax. Perfect for what I needed. Haven't found it 'stain' as much as I'd like but maybe that just needs multiple treatments?
