I purchased two of these portable electric heating pads for my daughters, and they’ve both absolutely loved them. Definitely buy this! I got it 3 days ago, and have used it every day since I struggle with back pain and severe abdominal pains daily, and the only relief I get is from heat. Hot water bottles are great, but I found mine getting cold quickly, and having to get uo and refill it constantly, especially at work, was tiresome. With this, I get the heat, and it has vibration settings, which is also great for the pains! It does turn off every 30mins, but it takes seconds to turn back on and get to thr same setting as it was on, which is much more convenient than a hot water bottle. I used this during my 8 hour shift, and by the time I finished work and got home, the batter was on 33%, so it does last a while, and I just charge it overnight. Definitely recommend this to anybody looking!! ETA: I've been using this consistently for months now, and haven't encountered any issues. Would 100% say its worth it xxx

This heat pad has a lot of advatages: for one, the range of vibration is great! You can select from a small bit and move up to a more rigorous vibration, which is still gentle enough to be comfortable. The heat range is also excellent, and the highest heat level is nice and warm, but not too hot. I also love that it is portable and you are not stuck to a wall while the heat pad it on. The battery life is excellent and, once charged, you can take it with you on the run without worrying about having to charge it. My only complaint is that the heater/massager part itself is quiet small. It is about the size of a small fanny pack, which is great for my daughter, who is 12 and tiny. It probably wouldn't work as well for somebody who is plus sized, though. Overall, I am happy with the product and how it is working so far!

Why did you choose this product over others?: I have suspected Endometriosis (not yet diagnosed) and recently I have been getting extremely painful periods; back pain, lower abdominal pain etc and heard that heat can help with this. I got this to see if it would help and to be honest, it did help a little bit! Since my pain is so severe, it didn’t completely relieve the pain but I didn’t expect it to but it definitely gave me a little bit of relief. The heat is good, it can reach up to 155 degrees Fahrenheit (I think) which is pretty hot! I’m yet to try out the vibration feature. Only downsides are is turns off after 30 minutes (but I guess that’s a safety feature to avoid overuse) and it runs out of charge pretty fast. It comes with a charger wire but not a plug. It also takes a little while to charge but not too long. Another positive to this product is I am on the larger size and still, the band fits fully around my waist and feels pretty comfortable!
