Very good product, made per instruction. Exact Ceylon hoppers. 24hrs resting improved the quality of hoppers and natural bubbles foamed in batter gave the hopper authentic appearance and also did taste well

Please help
I received the packet and am very excited to make hoppers. Please advise quantities for making 4 hoppers. It seems to only have the whole packet recipe. Thank you.

It works
My husband is from Sri Lanka so Iโm always looking for foods he remembers his mum making, I made hoppers for which he loved I would definitely buy them again

This a specific batter. Mix with care and be cheffy
I have used this mix twice. I learned the lesson that their instructions make the batter too liquid. I rescued that effort by adding self-raising flour until I got to the correct consistency. When I made it a second time, I was much more sparing with the dissolved coconut milk. I made a thicker milk mixture, leaving room to add water to get to the right consistency. It worked. So, beware their instructions, be more cheffy. A much better mix is available from Nikado Company's Hopper Mixture that is available from some Asian stores in the UK. I have just made the Nikado mix, using genuine (not powdered) coconut milk - superb results!

Delicious!
Delicious! Easy to make and tastes just like the ones in London restaurants like Hoppers and Kolamba. You need a fairly large bowl to prepare the mix - my bowl was only medium and when I walked back in the kitchen, 30 mins after preparation, the batter was all over the work surface. Lol.
