Loved It
Im a college student and my parents and friends are always calling me to keep in touch. The only problem was that I was usually quite busy, doing homework, studying, watching tv, playing xbox, etc, so when they called it was such a hassle because I would either have to stop everything I was doing or hold the phone to my eat uncomfortably with my shoulder so I could still use my hands. Couldnt put it on speaker because I would pretty much have to yell for them to hear me. So this device was a life saver. Absolutely love it, some people may criticize for not being able to play music through your phone, etc but for me the device did exactly what I wanted it to do. Answer and hand up on calls, the voice quality on both sides was flawless, people can hear me when I have the tv blaring while playing xbox, and it is comfortable. A lot of time cant tell its even on there. The functionality is great to, a volume button, and a multifunction button. Super easy to use. Highly recommended, my mom and dad both got one after I let them borrow mine.

Bad match for iPhone 4S
Replaced my Samsung WEP470, which worked well with my Blackberry Curve 9330, and with my iPhone 4S. The 470 finally died, so this WEP460 seemed to be a similar replacement. It's not. THE BAD: - Does not have an on/off switch: User must press & hold the multi-function button for four seconds for it to power up/down. There is no clear indication that the unit is on or off afterward. The user must wait about ten seconds to see if the blue operation LED flashes or not. - Terrible microphone pickup: Everyone I tried to talk to with this headset had the same complaints, "I can barely hear you," "you sound like you're underwater", "everything you just said sounds garbled". - Routinely & unexpectedly drops connection to iPhone 4S: The unit will often drop the Bluetooth link to the iPhone during a conversation. - The rubber earpad around the earpiece is flimsy and too large The unit will not stay affixed to the user's ear canal, so it therefore will often dangle by the earhook. Not good when the user can't grab and re-adjust the unit on the ear. THE GOOD: It's inexpensive. But you get what you paid for. I'm exchanging it for something better. Any suggestions?

Not bad for the price.
My Motorola H700 started having problems, the people on the other end could barely hear me. I had no idea what the problem was or how to fix it. I only knew I needed a new bluetooth headset and I really didn't want to pay $35 on up for one. So I stumbled across this unit and thought I'd give it a try. PROS: Good sound quality. Can hear others great and others can hear you. It's very inexpensive CONS: Not as stylish as Motorola or other brands. I find it difficult to put on sometimes The ear pieces that stick in your ear are hard plastic and start to cause pain after a while (maybe it's just me but I don't think things sticking in my ear) Turning the unit on or off is not as easy as bluetooths that flip open - add that to the fact that you have to push down on the unit (essentially jamming the ear piece in your ear further) and it can be quite painful The bottom line is you get what you pay for. I tried to save $20 and now wish I hadn't. I will probably buy the Motorola after all and just use this as a backup. If you don't mind hard plastic things sticking in your ear and are on a tight budget this might work for you. If you can afford a little more just step up to something a little pricier.

No complaints, this is a great little headset
I had never used a bluetooth headset before and didn't know what to expect, so I didn't want to spend a lot on my first one. I paid less than $10 for this one through Amazon. As soon as it arrived I plugged it in and was very surprised at how quickly it charged. The link up with my iPhone was simple and easy, it seemed too good to be true. I was using it within minutes and absolutely love it. The sound quality it great, everything is very clear. Voice command works great with my iPhone, so I can dial without touching my phone. One of my concerns was that it would sound like I was on speakerphone to the person on the other end of the line, but that is not the case. The unit is very light, you can easily forget it's in your ear, and I can wear it for hours without it bothering me. I love that it is small and not as noticeable as some of the bulky ones I've seen. Highly recommended for price, function and ease of use.

Great headset
It is a great piece of equipment. The reception is great and the battery lasts for hours before a recharge is needed. The earpiece is made of soft material so it will not hurt your ears. comes with a few stickers in different colors/patterns that you can use to change its exterior appearance Cons Altough the earpiece is of soft material the size is a little big for me so after a while my ear canal gets numb. I think that it would be really good if they included differen sizes like they do for ipod headphones. The thing that goes behind your ear is very fragile and seems about to snap off, but it comes with a replacement

Simple, comfortable, surprisingly sturdy
I purchased two of these bluetooth headsets, one for me and one for my dad. The quality of the sound is good, and there is no static when in proper range of my phone. I find that I can move about 20-25ft away from the phone, but beyond that the popping and static starts. Volume can be a problem, but it seems to be associated more with the caller than with the headset; I have trouble hearing certain callers but not others, and it should be noted that the volume controls on the headset do not help much with the quiet callers. The inflexible nature of the clear earpiece means that if I have it in a bad position, it becomes extremely uncomfortable. However, with a little tweaking, I am usually able to find a good position, and then I hardly notice it and can wear it for longer periods of time. The longest I have worn it is for a four-and-a-half hour car trip. When not in use, I keep it in my coat pocket or canvas bag. The earpiece looks fragile (and I'm sure if stressed too much or stepped on, it would break) but it has survived so far being jostled around among keys, notebooks, my cell phone, and all the other junk in there. I am surprised at how sturdy it is. Bottom line: I would recommend this headset to a friend. You can't beat it for the price.

Great sound, but won't stay on the ear and is uncomfortable.
I've had a number of bluetooths before. A couple of Motorolas (which I love), an Emerson, etc. This one has great sound quality. The volume is pretty low when you first put it on, but after turning up the volume it works great. The buttons are easy to press and it answers without any issues and seems fairly reliable. It comes with two ear hooks, but not two different sizes. It's strictly a replacement if one gets broken or lost. It also comes with several speaker covers, so that it will fit inside your ear better. It's too bad then that the ear hooks don't come in sizes. Also there are no instructions at all on replacing the hooks nor the covers. My problem is that it refuses to stay on my ear and rubbed a sore right onto my ear. I tried switching all the speaker covers, but that doesn't have anything to do with the ear hook. Also, because there is no wire in the hook, you cannot bend it to fit your ear properly. That is a definite design flaw. I have tiny ears compared to the average person. This bluetooth assumes that there is a lot of space between the side of my head and the edge of my ear. That is not the case at all with my ears. This is why a curve is important for me, but there is none and no way to make one. In fact, if you look carefully for a side view of this bluetooth, you'll see that there is no curve whatsoever for the ear hook. It is commonly known that all should have a slant. I guess you get what you pay for. I never had this issue with my higher grade models. The ear hooks were both comfortable and reliable. This one makes my ear bleed and will not stay on. It's not how I put it on, my daughter (who works at Radio Shack) even tried to help me, but without success. If I could replace the ear hook, then it would be a top-notch bluetooth, but that is impossible so it gets a lower rating. Sorry Samsung!

Useless (see update)
Came in a box with a plug in charger but no instructions, but a quick search on the Internet for a manual brought up very concise instructions on how to set it up. I had to charge it for about 12 hours first time, but I then put it away for three weeks and it was still holding a full charge when I got round to using it. I have used it whenever I went out on long deliveries and it will hold the charge all week. It would also let me talk on the mobile for about 20 minutes a day without it going flat. The clip that goes round the ear broke after about a month of everyday use and I had to replace it with one of these , which are quite uncomfortable until you have warmed them up in a cup of hot water and adjusted them to suit. Update: (April, 2012) The button on the headset is weird; I get an incoming call, press the button on the headset and it disconnects from the incoming call and calls the number I last dialled. What's the point of that? Where would that be a perfect solution? So now, everytime someone rings me I have to take my phone out of my pocket and press the green button, which makes having the headset pretty pointless when driving! I even tried getting one of those holders that sticks to the windscreen, but I still have to take my eyes off the road to press the green button. I have put the Samsung in the 'useless items storage drawer' and got myself one of these instead, a much superior product.
