The first ring arrived with the text too small for my preference, so I contacted the seller for a refund. The seller instead offered me a free replacement with larger text on the ring. The top ring is the first one and the bottom is the replacement. Very satisfied with the customer service and the responsiveness of the seller! The ring is smooth and comfortable and can't wait to wear it. The replacement took a little while to arrive but I wasn't in a hurry to receive the product so I was ok with that. The seller even sent me a picture of the replacement before shipping it to make sure I was ok with the product. Thank you!

The ring I received is just like in the picture. The engraving is easy to read. I chose to engrave a message for me "Remember Patience" and I am very happy with the ring. The ring comes inside a little box decorated for a gift and includes a small cleaning cloth for the ring and a beautiful card. It exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. I have been wearing it since I got it and it is perfect and comfortable.

My kid's names are engraved in black and very easy to read. The ring is pretty thick and sturdy and takes some effort to adjust but that's a good thing as it feels less likely to break. Very comfortable to wear and so far it has held up with constant daily wear. I love my ring!

Nice ring. I was excited to see the ring in the mail, it did ship pretty fast. Ring is better than expected for the price. It doesn’t bend easily.The names engraved on it could be imprinted more as they are very hard to see and make out what they say.Overall good value, you get what you pay for

If I could give no stars I would, bc this product is clearly false advertisement. See enclosed photo. The picture it shows you of the actual size engravement is bogus. You can't even tell what the names are on the ring bc the letter are so microscopic. It stated the product had a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I requested a refund, and they expected me to pay shipping, which would have cost me more than I even paid for the ring. I emailed to see if there was a better solution and they offered me 30% off my next purchase....... I'm sorry but why would I purchase something again that I wasn't satisfied with the 1st go around, ummmmm no thanks! Ha

The ring is super cute but not easily adjustable and the font is really small (not like the picture). I tried to request a cancellation before I recieved the item cuz it was suppose to be a gift, but I recieved it anyways (I recieved it late). I tried to return it like a 4 weeks ago cuz it's not easily adjustable but the seller hasn't responded or anything and so I cancelled the return. I decided to just keep it (I am not going to file a claim, just gonna write an honest review) I am just giving it 3 stars cuz the seller didn't respond to my request and cuz the description says adjustable but I can't adjust it in anyways.

I had my grandsons names put on the band and it came out great I could not believe how beautiful it is for such a low price, it looks like it's real gold I was truly amazed at how nice the box was that it came in and the little cleaning cloth what a nice added touch. I will absolutely order from you again and it's nice to know that if I get something for others I'll know that it will be sent in such a nice box.Keep Up the good workThanks again
