I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I am ordering 2 more bottles this week.So, I've had these for 5 days but didn't start taking them until yesterday. One in the afternoon and one last night.Yesterday I had a cup of coffee which I use 3 tsps table sugar (my coffee is very strong, think 3 shots of espresso), Mongolian beef and white rice and watermelon. That's all I ate for the whole day. I'm thinking I need a higher dosage... it's supposed to last 8hrs but I haven't seen a difference in my BG levels...I'm on my second bottle awaiting my next 2 subscriptions... trying to give it a little more time to see if it's actually going to be affective or not... will update after my 3rd bottle

Seems to be working have lost some inches. Not so much in pounds.

I was hopeful that this version would be easier on my stomach and it is. HOWEVER, it may be easier on my gut because it isn't as strong or effective as other brands I've tried. Cravings came back, weight came back and glucose spikes in the AM say this brand is weak. I used it daily as suggested. No improvement compared to other products and it did seem like I STOPPED using berberine even when taking this product which isn't a glowing endorsement. I'm switching to a regular berberine and to test my hypothesis that this brand is weak or poorly absorbed then I'll know for sure. If this doesn't work for you - you'll feel it after about 7-10 days.
