Came with 2 keys. Everything functions well. Looks sharp. Please note, in 1 year of vending with this machine I have had one instance of mechanical failure. The gumball (center) section failed to dispense but accepted quarters. I had to empty the gumballs then I found a plastic piece had broken. I was able to simply glue it back in place for a cheap and easy fix. Overall it's a great product and makes a decent profit even in a not so busy location I put it in.

This is a great way to save her family vacations everybody wants to spend money on candy and instead of running out to grab some the kids are using the machine and spending their money on it this put extra money in the family’s pocket that would’ve been spent on outside stuff pays for itself in time wonderful addition to our house we absolutely love it very sturdy very easy to put up

After about an hour of frustration, I finally got this thing put together. It looks really cool in my game room, and functions well. My issue was the threaded pipe that goes into the base was threaded wrong. I could flip the base upside down and screw the pole in fine, but then the base is upside down. I ended up filing away at the top for about 30 minutes, and finally got the pipe to screw down on to the base. It is fairly steady, but I’d like to see the base weigh a little more to eliminate all wobble when dispensing candy or gum. This could also have to do with it sitting on carpet. I was about 5 minutes away from calling them and having them send me a new base and pole, but did eventually get it to work with the help of a file. The machine is cool, and that’s why I went ahead and gave it the 4 star review.

Did not work! Luckily I can retrieve all the quarters back. It will not dispense properly. In fact, it will not dispense at all! After purchasing this and a lot of candy for it, I was highly irritated that it took the quarters, but no candy. I thought maybe it needed to cycle through. Ran $10 worth of quarters through it. Rarely, 1-2 pieces would come out. Things got worse once I found out you CANNOT return this item!! I refuse to eat a $200 loss! Find a more reputable company for this type of quarter machine. Buyer beware.

First, let's cover the "issue" people have with the locks. They MUST be unscrewed, it's not a standard lock that you are used to. Put the key in, and keep turning it counter clockwise until it can be removed. With that said, they are all metal casing, post, and a cast iron base. The internal mechanism is plastic but seems to be easily serviced. If I have any issues, I'll update the review.
