I can’t fault the case. It’s really well built and small but not small enough that it becomes problematic to build in. The quality of the metal feels very premium and the wood panel looks great. Temperatures are very good too. I use a 240mm AIO and combined with two fans at the bottom, it’s cool (between 60-70c when gaming) and also quiet too. I’d 100% recommend this case

The Fractal Era 2 - Honestly, it’s a piece of art. Looks stunning, sleek, clean, just oozes quality. But it’s not just for show the layout is smart, airflow’s solid, and it fits serious gear. Building in it was smooth, like someone actually cared about the details. It’s rare something looks this good and works this well.

This is a great value itx case at the time of writing, available at about £75. The materials are top quality, it comes with two bottom mounted fractal fans set to in take to add to the value, and the design makes putting your build together really fun. Make sure you have a GPU that is suited to sff. You can squeeze a fairly big GPU in... But generally not flagships. But as of Feb 2026 I would recommend a 9070XT Reaper from Powercolor or a 9080XT Gigabyte OC. Both suited to sff without compromise on performance. As you can't see the going in most itx builds... Aesthetics don't matter. If you are paying the Nvidia premium... Well I can't help you there. It is an adjustable "sandwich" style case the GPU on one half and CPU and SFX power supply in the other.... Now the original intention was too allow a top fitted 240 mm aio cooling in this case which would mean you could use any processor you want. I tried this and it was ok, but it was crowded. Not a problem... all fine even routing the aio pipes was awkward(ish). But then switched to a build with a full copper low profile air cooler and this ran better for me with a 7800X3D. I replaced the aio with top mounted fans extracting al low rpm and this gave a much quieter build under full load. Case footprint is small and unobtrusive on my daughter's small bedroom desk and she can play whatever she wants at ultra without feeling she lives near Heathrow airport.. which she doesn't. I wouldn't invest the original RSP of near £200, but at £75 I would go so far as to say you can't afford not to buy it if itx I'd your thing and the shiny aluminium frame in white/silver, blue or grey/black appeals to you.

Quality build, looks great. Itx so space is a premium so pick you components carefully.

Great case, quiet fans and able to comfortably fit a 240mm aio, bigger than most small form factor cases bit still alot smaller than a normal pc, great for people who want good cooling and a smaller pc

I build a fair amount of PCs This is the best small form factor I have used. Great airflow. Great accessibility. Great design, carbon black with wood top panel. Running an 9600x with 240mm AIO and a 9070 XT (Reaper)... And it does not throttle or get hot at all.

One of the easiest to put toghether ITX cases, Fractal Design usual attention to the detail makes it a great SFF case for the masses. It's very sturdy and densely packed but with enough space for a great airflow with my RTX 4090 and 9800X3D. Cable managment is good and with some creativity you can really make it nice and clutter free. Once assembled PC is not noisy and fits great in my space.

Diseño estético muy bueno

Sleek, sturdy PC case. You have to pay attention to the size of your components, but if you do it's amazingly perfect. My first mini PC build, and I'm glad I went with the Fractal Design case. I went with a water cooler fan in order to make it as quiet as it is small, and it's great, when it's running you wouldn't even know that it's on.
