Awesome product. Handle makes it easy to transport. Large size lays in bottom of large cooler, or stand up along the sides. Keeps items cold all day with no melted water to get into your food items. Thin enough to fit in hotel fridge to refreeze nightly. I use two in a large cooler and they last all day. No mess, no melted water to slosh out or have to search around in.

Last summer I was the main food carrier for 16+ people for 3 days on the river. The first time I used these I thought they were a waste of money because they didn't keep everything fully cold all weekend. The second time I got smart and paired them with ice. At the end of 3 days, there were still fully intact pieces of ice and everything was really cold. I depend on these in the summer, they work so well! Must have for anyone thinking about multiple days using a cooler.

I'm blown away by how well these work. I have a Pelican 40 cooler, not top of the line, these ice packs stay cool longer and at a much lower temperature than ice itself, thereby freezing the ice to the pack - no kidding. Weeks ago I used one of them in the cooler and threw some ice in there, the ice froze to the pack -- and it's still frozen the 2nd time I used it, it's literally the same ice from two weeks ago (I put it in the freezer once I was finished that day of course) but then used it once more, put it in the freezer and that same ice from weeks ago was still there unmelted... These are really really well made. Very impressed. I use them in my pelican 14 as shown, perfect fit.

I use these to keep the water cool in a circulated water cooling system for an electronics project. They appear to store more thermal energy that comparably sized water ice. The ribbed design creates large surface area, in a compact package - this is perfect for my application. They are also much sturdier than comparable ice packs - they can take significant amount of abuse and not crack/stretch. The only thing I'd improve is to have some sort of semi-permanent way to seal the caps, so someone else in the shop does not try to drain/refill them with regular water. I appreciate that someone really thought through the design on these.

We went on a trip and boy did it keep our drinks cold in our cooler. My daughter even wants some now for her house, as it kept our drinks so cold. It is big, but it fits perfect in our cooler. I like the blue color being a little see through so we can tell when it is frozen. I differently see the worth in the cost.
