First 2 days of use and I can already tell a difference. My belly feels so good not bloated whatsoever. The perfect little drink and the taste is so refreshing. I use my hand frother to blend no issues with clumping. I put mixture in warm water. I don’t know if that makes the biggest difference and then I let chill or add ice. Like constructed.

I love this product. I’ve bought three jars since my first. It’s a great source of fiber and on my diet. I use it as a sweet treat. I don’t mix it with my water. I drink. I put the powder in my mouth and take a gulp of ice water, but it’s very good and the flavor is excellent.

I got this product to introduce more fiber in my diet as I struggle with constipation due to having to take antacids. I also experience a lot of bloating and discomfort, so I thought the probiotics and electrolytes would be an added benefit. I have used this product daily for 4 days now and haven't seen much improvement in regularity... Also, after drinking 1 scoop my stomach feels extremely full and bloated. I'm going to remain consistent for a few more days to see if this improves because I know sometimes introducing new things to your diet can take getting used to, especially if you have GERD. The flavor isn't bad.. I got the watermelon. It does take quite a bit of stirring to get it to mix but it would probably be easier with a frother. I'll post an update after being on the product for 9-10 days. UPDATE: Okay, I've been taking this stuff for just over a week now and here's my take- it definitely helps to take it in the middle of the day instead of the morning. It is nice and hydrating, it leaves me feeing hydrated for quite some time. It also has began to help control my bloating- I used to feel bloated all day after lunch and now I drink this stuff around lunch time and it's definitely kept me from getting so bloated. It also seems to have helped with regularity but it may be worth mentioning I've also upped my fiber take in other ways (I eat Bettergoods bread for 10g of fiber/slice and have started eating more fruit.) I will be purchasing this again

Taste is delicious and works great to keep me regular. One thing I found is that it does needs to be blended versus stirred or shaken since I can’t seem to get it to completely dissolved unless I blend it. I’m always left with little chunks unless blended. If I skip a day or two , I notice that I’m not regular, so it’s a big help to my digestive track. Doesn’t leave me bloated and no after taste.

So taking pills is not for this girl, I’ve tried a few powder mixes similar to this and they either tasted icky or were so gritty this tastes really good! It’s super easy to use just a scoop in some water and you’re good to go. It dissolves quickly and it’s not gritty through the drink. I just wish the product was bigger size (though it is much larger than I thought) at only 16 services per tub it’s enough for one scoop for about two weeks. I’d rather just get a 30 day supply. This is day one so I can’t say the effectiveness on it as of yet. I’ll update in two weeks to see if I’m going to buy another tub, I feel like you need a good three months for a product to really work and show results. But so far so good I do have good vibes about it though and also I love this packaging it is super pretty whenever I opened the package that pink just hits you!

Taste is honestly awful. I have yet to get through a full cup of this. I am really trying not to let it go to waste but it is hard!! The value is good I suppose. Mixes well. Does nothing for appetite. The package I got came opened so I had to throw it away and I repurchased at walmart because I really wanted to try it.
