More of a 4.5 than a 5 but that shouldn't deter you. The movement is sort of slow. That being said it comes with everything you need including battery. Feels very robust. I would say it's kind of big and cumbersome. I think if you're a smaller person it could be difficult to use. That's especially true when it's full of meat. Overall, if you're doing a lot of sausage or jerky this is probably worth the investment. If you're doing less than 5 lbs a year, maybe not.

This sausage gun is really solid and feels well‑built. The pressure is steady, and it pushes material out smoothly without sputtering or stopping. I like that it has automatic retraction when you let go of the trigger.... it keeps things cleaner and helps prevent extra goop from oozing out. The battery life has been good so far, and the 2.0Ah pack gives you plenty of working time for longer projects. It handles 300–600ml sausage packs with no issues, and the flow control is easy to adjust depending on how much precision you need. The only thing I wish is that it also supported the regular plastic caulking tubes, because that would make it even more versatile. Or if they sold the converter attachment separately....you know, for people that ended up ordering the wrong one. For sausage packs though, it works exactly the way it should and feels strong and reliable. Overall, it’s a sturdy, easy‑to‑use tool and has a smooth output and good battery performance. I’m really happy with it.

Shoots well but sausages get caught behind the barrel EVERY SINGLE TIME. You have to take the entire barrel off just to change out the empty sausage. Poorly designed barrel. Better options out there.

Lo compramos para aplicar SikaMur® InjectoCream-100, desde la primera aplicación el producto se salía por delante y lo que fue peor, por la cremallera. Cuando llevábamos unas 15 salchichas el producto ya se salía hasta por el gatillo y dejó de funcionar. No duro ni para vaciar una batería. Que por cierto aun marcando verde el cargador, la batería no subió de dos rayas. Lo usamos a nivel 2. No se si para productos más densos será válido.
