I've got a little French Bulldog that has become increasingly clipper shy as he's got older, so I thought I'd give this a go, and it works! It did not disappoint, the 4 LED lights do a great job of highlighting exactly where the quick is which means I can quickly and effectively cut his claws to the right length. It’s very simple to use and has a cap that can be put over the grinding edge to shape access to the grinder depending on the size of your pets’ claws. To be honest I didn’t use that adjustment and simply used the grinder with the dust cap fitted to capture the ground off dust. BEWARE of other nail grinders that are clipper / grinder combinations there is absolutely no need for clippers with this powerful and quiet device. It quickly and safely grinds each nail down in seconds which minimises any distress. I also like the option to change the grinding speeds and the battery % status so you know exactly when you will need to recharge (not for a while yet!) And the cherry on the cake I know I’ll be using this for a long while as I opted to sign up for the LIFETIME GUARENTEE, which is testament to the quality of the product and how sure IREDOON are of this products long term reliability.

Absolutely fantastic I have had many nail grinders in the past that have just completely took forever to file Nails down and this nail file has been the best that we have bought so far. It’s great that it has a dust capture shield but you can also take it off, it’s fantastic that it comes with a really nice bright light that can be turned on or off and it also is amazing that it has three different speed settings. I wouldn’t say that it’s one of the quietest ones that we’ve had, but the fact that it does a fantastic job and I can get through both of my dogs Nails within less than five minutes I would say it’s a win. The only thing that I would probably say that they fall behind on is the fact that it doesn’t come with a spare file head where as majority of the others we’ve had have come with at least one spare. Other than that, I’d say it’s a quality bit of kit and comes with an 18 month warranty card.

Great product for nervous dogs or young dogs as its very quiet. I used it on my 6 month old puppy to get him used to his nails being fiddled with. The only thing I'd say is it needs to be more powerful as It's slow to grind nails down.

I have a puppy with very sharp nails that needed trimming, and I was nervous about cutting them myself as I didn’t want to take off too much. I was slightly sceptical when ordering this grinder, as I worried it might feel cheap or not work effectively but I was completely wrong. The grinder is excellent. Even on the highest speed it’s not loud, which really helped keep my puppy calm, and each nail only takes around five seconds to file down. It’s easy to use, effective, and much less stressful than clipping. I would definitely recommend this product.

WOW game changer what an awesome item. I have a 11yr old staffy who has really thick black nails and is petrified if I go anywhere him with nail clippers, just tried the grinder he was a little weary too start but after a few times of putting the nail on and off there wasn’t a bother on him. To say I’m delighted is an understatement. If you’re looking for a grinder for your dog look no further you’ve found them. ❤️❤️❤️

Nice looking product, just don’t think it does the job very well. It’s noisy especially when you turn it up… which you’ll need to as it doesn’t do anything on the lower settings. Guard makes it tricky to use and my dogs wouldn’t let me use it on them once they heard the noise :(

I have gone through a number of nail clipping and grinding options, and can honestly say this is the best one yet! It is comparatively silent, has 3 speeds, and good light. I only needed to use the 2nd speed for my poodle’s grizzly-like claws, so is quite powerful. It grinds efficiently without having to sit there for forever, but you are also able to control the approach to the quicks, as the light is decent enough to be able to see those clearly. The cap that collects all the dust is an absolute life-saver! I was able to finally grind my dogs claws and stay clean, and keep the area around us clean, which is unheard of. The cap comes off easily for cleaning afterwards. Highly recommended.

Lo uso da circa 1 mese ed i problemi con le unghie della mia shibina sono svaniti. Non fa rumore ed è molto funzionale. E lei che ha paura di tutto ha da subito avuto con la lima un ottimo rapporto. Consigliatissimo.

First off, we have 8 Bernese Mountain Dog crosses. 6 - 3 month old pups, mom dog and dad dog. Tonight was nail night. This nail file replaced the Whal pet nail file and about 12 different nail clippers. This file is quiet, strong, sharp and did not hurt to hold through the 126 nails that were filed tonight! We started out at 89 percent as I got this for Christmas, fully charged it and only used it for testing, desensitization and a few nails here and there, till tonight. After all those nails we still have 62% battery!!! *Momma dog is still not convinced she is safe when we even just touch her feet but were able to get two nails on her!* I was able to hold and maneuver around the nails with ease. Additionally I had injured my nerve in my thumb last week and can't use a pair of scissors currently without pain but had no issues with this file! The lights on this unit are amazing for seeing not only the nail but seeing into it for assurance on distance to the quick as well.

Compared to other electrical nail grinders we've tested this is by far the most effective one. Have not even dared to use 3rd speed yet... Strong, good battery performance and overall easy to use. Have The led-light is a plus but not a must. Highly recommended.

Tengo una Chihuahua de 2,5 k que con las tijeras me resultaba muy difícil cortarle las uñas con lo que se movía y con el miedo de hacerle daño. Con esta lima, ha sido muchísimo más fácil. Tardo más y con ayuda pero menos drástico para mí perra y entre dos uno sujetando y dando premios al final se empezaba a acostumbrar. Muy buen producto.
