Works well,does the job, efficient

My last one of these was from a big named brand, but it was battery powered and came with just a drawstring bag to keep it and its attachments in, so I lost the attachments at some point and have been on the lookout for a new one, then this one from Maxgroom came up.It arrives all neatly packaged in a hard case with the charging cable, brush and attachments.It’s nice to hold and the on/off button is conveniently located to switch it off easily when in use. This button also glows when it’s on charge and stops when full.To change the blade, you just need to push it out, away from the unit, and this can then be swapped over for the other smaller blade, or you can use the combs which are also easily clipped on.There’s a light on it too, just in case you decide to trim your bikini area in the dark. 😊It’s a good little trimmer, and I'm pleased I've finally managed to upgrade my old one with something that works as well, and hopefully now having a case I won’t lose the attachments.My only gripe would be that it doesn’t take any USB C cable for charging due to the small port you plug the cable into being so small, so it won’t accept a lot of the ones I already have. It’s not a deal breaker though, just something to be aware of is you’d need to keep that exact lead on hand to charge it and with the case to keep it stored in, hopefully it will never be an issue.

Excellent little lady shaver…Arrives in a nice box and shaver and attachments are supplied in a nice carry case…Rechargeable….. charge last a long time…Easy to operate and sits nice in hand …not heavyI don’t get that annoying itch on the legs after using this shaver….cuts even the smallest of growth of hair…Great value for money….would buy again…

After seeing this i thought it was time for a decent groom and in all honesty i don't know why i bothered. Not only is it hard to pull the other half into bed these days but i got the itch the morning after and in all honesty it just wasn't worth it.I am unsure if the razor is great from my one time using it but i know i won't use it again. That being said it is a personal decision and i don't want to take too much away from the razor itself so i will sit on the fence (itching) with this one.

Firstly, we love how this comes in a good, hard protective case that is just the right size to hold the shaver and accessories but not over bulky! (how we dislike those products that just come with cheap Black bags) - Good start.The compact shaver feels solid and pretty well made. It sounds purposeful and there is a bright guide light built in. It shaves OK but as with all these ceramic blade USB products, the blade motor speed isn't that high so patience is required, take your time and give it time to work, move very slowly, results are better then.There are two heads, normal and a slim one for really getting in places, changing them over is a bit nerve wracking as it feels like your breaking something pulling the head off, takes a fair bit of force. But its been OK so far. Probably we will only use the main head mainly anyway.There are two clip on depth guides if you don't want a fully shaved look.The value is reasonable at £17, prices for such trimmers vary from 7 to 70 pounds so without an extensive group tests its difficult to place this on value, on its own merit it seems OK.
