blocks don’t fit together right
the foam blocks are not all the same size not what is shown in the picture would not buy this trust me also you will need to figure out how to install them yourself they do t come with anything tape or anything

Better at insulating that sound reduction
These are mediocre at reducing sound, however, they do help with insulating the walls from heat and cold. As a day sleeper I was hoping for more quiet but, they do help some. When the exterior walls get really cold during sub freezing temps, the panels shrink a bit and expand when it warms up.

it helps to control noise
I put these in a door that is in my living room that faces for the rental room, and although they are fine, it helps to control noise. And they are very easy to place. Good value for money.
