SYLVOX Outdoor TV, 75 inch Smart Waterproof Outdoor TV, 4K UHD Weatherproof

We recently renovated our deck and it has quickly become our favorite outdoor living space. We decided to look into what is needed for an outdoor television, and the choice became quickly apparent that Sylvox is the superior choice. We chose the 55" partial sun version. Delivery was ahaed of schedule. Installation and setup were very straightforward. The cabinet is tighly sealed so there is no concern about water intrusion. I have not had a Google TV, and am getting accoustomed to it now. The picture quality and sound are top notch. Even though we are outdoors, the picture is crisp and clear. Is it more expensive that an indoor TV, yes. Is it worth is, ABSOLUTELY. I do not have to worrry about bringing it in and out. I did have some questions about the product, so I sent an email to customer support and received a prompt, professional, and courteous reply. They even followe back up to confirm that everything was working properly and confirmed my warranty registration. I have XFinity for my home television and I wish that it would stream to Google, but it seems that is between those two companies and not related to Sylvox itself. Overall, this is a high quality product that is supported by a high quality team. I am very pleased with my investment!

Straightforward setup, heavy duty construction and excellent customer service. This TV has great picture and sound quality, and is bright enough to see on a sunny day!

The television works well. The picture is clear and relatively bright, and the sound is very good without a soundbar.....it's just right for our 4-season sunroom. Setup was straight forward except for adding an Amazon Fire TV Stick....I could not get the volume and on/off controls to work, and Svlvox is not listed as a selection with the Fire TV Stick for the brand of TV I had. Getting through to support was a lengthy process (many attempts by phone & email), but I finally got an answer on what to do....select "Toshiba" as the brand....and when I did that, I got full functionality. Concluding thoughts: 1 - It's a good TV for a sunroom - the price & performance are right for me (they have another version for "full-sun"). 2 - Setup - there needs to be documentation with Sylvox (either online or written) on what to do with a Fire TV Stick (it would be good to have it somewhere on Amazon also). 3 - Sylvox Service Support - they need more people to answer their inquiries - they have the answers when you finally connect, it's just too hard to reach them.

I strongly recommend not purchasing this TV. Within the first year, the TV began freezing multiple times during use. The only way to fix it was to unplug it and reboot. Around the 14-month mark, the problem became much worse—the TV froze and entered a continuous reboot loop, making a very loud noise. The power button didn’t work, and the only way to stop it was to unplug it. Unfortunately, every time I plugged it back in, it would immediately start the same cycle again. After researching online, I found that many other customers have experienced this exact issue. It appears to be a known hardware failure where the TV gets stuck in a reboot loop. I contacted Sylvox, and to their credit, they responded quickly. However, after a lot of back and forth, their final solution was for me to purchase another TV for $714 and ship my defective unit back at my own expense. Considering I already spent $2,300 on the original TV, this would put me out close to another $1,000. That’s not an acceptable resolution. At this point, I’d rather take my chances with a $350 standard TV, especially since it will be used on a covered patio. Bottom line: a TV at this price point should last far longer than 14 months. This seems to be a known hardware issue, and the company’s resolution doesn’t match the severity of the problem. Lesson learned: avoid buying expensive electronics from brands you’re not familiar with.

Perfect Television for our outdoor viewing and enjoyment on our screen porch. Picture quality is nice and bright. The instructions and set up were easy. I purchased the mount, cover and 43" Television.

I’m extremely happy with my Sylvox outdoor TV. The picture quality is sharp and bright even in full daylight, which was my biggest concern, it delivers perfectly. The build feels solid and truly weatherproof, handling rain and humidity without any issues. Installation was straightforward, and the smart features run smoothly with no lag. It’s been a great addition to my outdoor space, whether I’m watching sports, movies, or just relaxing outside. If you’re looking for a reliable outdoor TV that actually performs as advertised, this one is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

I am going out of my way to write this review. I had a Samsung Terrace 65 inch which cost over $5000 and the screen died. This TV was used outdoors in Florida in a semi covered space outside of the sun and died in four years. Samsung told me to buy a new TV and recommended the $8000 version instead. I bought the Sylvox 65 inch 1000 nits TV instead as a replacement. I was willing to live with the compromises of a slightly lower echelon outdoor TV, but in reality, I haven’t seen any compromises at all. The picture quality is quite good and the anti-glare coding makes it easy to see at an angle. They sent me a 3.0 version which is a little bit more durable. There is nothing about this TV I don’t like and that’s coming from the flagship of the Samsung line previously. Because it sits outdoors, the sound quality isn’t really the best, but I have a sound bar for it anyway and it’s great. Even the remote control is easy to use. My TV is not in direct sunlight and I primarily look at it in the evening and night so 1000 nits is more than bright enough for everything I do. I don’t have cable wired to this TV so it only exists through its connection to my wireless. And it works really well. I had a fire stick attached to my Samsung, but it isn’t necessary for this TV because it has so many options available. Because I already had an outdoor set up, this was really just replace the TV and hook up the wires. I will say, for those people who are considering an outdoor television, doing the electricity and everything on it correctly takes some effort. If you’re considering an outdoor TV, you should strongly consider Silvox.

I have been using this outdoor tv for about 2 months now and couldn’t be happier with it. I’ve used it in a range of temperatures from 10c to -30c and with the extreme cold temperature, the tv worked as if it was in a warm area. I am very impressed with the brightness of the picture and picture quality itself. The tv is exactly what I needed for my area being by the hot tub. The speakers on the tv are far better than any indoor tv that I’ve owned but don’t be surprised that your left wanting to add a soundbar or secondary speakers but this would be personal preference on volume and sound quality. I did have to reach out to customer support with a minor issue for the remote and their support was very accommodating and easy to interact with. They replied with in 24hours and are very professional. I would not hesitate to purchase another product of theirs In the future.
