Great flour for bread and focaccia
An absolutely amazing flour, perfect for bread and focaccia! The bakes come out really fluffy and airy! Love it! I just wish it was a bit cheaper but, as for an Italian flour, worth every penny. And the quality is great, comes packed well, too.

Good for feeding my sourdough starter with from a dehydrated starter, a bit expensive. but my sourdough starter is now very active and it didn't take too many feedings.
