Q: Are the Arctic berry ones minty or not really?

I like Arctic Berry as a change from minty strips. Berries are not mints, so they have a different flavor, but still refresh my mouth. I rate them as a bit milder in flavor punch.

Q: What do the fresh burst strips smell like?

They really don't have a smell in their case. They taste minty fresh. No one has told me what they smell like with use.

Q: Are they truly sugar-free? i'm talking about the "negligible" amount that the fda allows

I really do not know. I do not suffer from diabetes so I do not check

Q: Is this for 3 - 3packs like what is pictured?

yes, pretty much. 3 normal packages. I didn't really look at it since I bought it for someone else, but I didn't recall being surprised by volume or anything. Hope this helps.
