Why is the price so high when we are im a state of emergency?

Absolutely GREED!! I reported several sellers to the States Attorney as she is charging them civilly with $1,000 fine for each sale that they price gouged... One seller was selling 3 24 Ct waters for $77.00 and another person was charged $100 for shipping 1 case of water. I'm in Florida and there is no water to be found; our stores are nothing but empty shelves. I came to Amazon because I'm desperate for drinking water and these disgusting pigs of sellers are robbing Federal State of Emergency residents
