3 stars because it works. The product does use strong chemicals, which left a burning sensation as well as redness. Do I have sensitive skin? Yes, but not this bad. Does the product: ✔️Work: Yes, it does; even before 5 minutes, it already worked. Imagine the chemicals used. ✔️Smell: Yes, it does have an odor. Not too extremely strong. Does it smell nice? I would say nah, but not too strong! ✔️Skin: Yes, it left redness, burning, irritation, and discomfort. Even without any cut area or damaged skin, nothing. ✔️Hair: Does it work if you have thick hair, yes it works. ✔️Time: Moments after applying, within seconds (that's less than 3 seconds), it caused irritation and redness. ✔️Money: I would say that I am not disappointed that the amount went to waste since it worked. I saw in the ingredients that it mentions wax components. This needs to be clarified as to what goes into those wax components because if you're saying it is Herbal. Then why does it burn so much? What is in it that is categorized this way? Do I have allergies- No! I would recommend that it works, but if you have sensitive skin. Then avoid it at any cost and use other alternatives. Would I buy this again?- Probably not.
