I could see the powder in the bottom of the bottle. Then bottle #2 & bottle #3 this continued and this last bottle it was more than just one capsule. Taking these with every meal and more if needed is expensive enough and so yes every capsule counts. Not sure I will be getting again.

Gold is right! Not only do I deal with PCOS belly, but IBS and sibo🥲 I’ve had sibo for two years. So the bloating with those two combined has been horrendous. I couldn’t drink water without looking 9 months pregnant.To have my stomach like that every day for years was awful. I was determined by the end of this year to find a natural solution for all these issues.This supplement has let me go to the bathroom every day. I’m not taking Mirialax anymore. These combined with a few other supplements have actually cured my SIBO in 8 weeks! I can eat and drink what I want with out my stomach blowing up.I tried so many digestive enzymes and for me these are the best. These have been really helpful in trying to heal my gut and eliminate omeprazole. If I had known something could do so much, I would have started them long ago. I am just so happy with this product! It's been helping with reflux and bloating and I would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing! After months of extreme bloating and constipation, and diarrhea, I was finally diagnosed with pan disaccharide deficiency. I have a prescription for sucraid, but that only helps with table sugar. I have only used this for 2 days but so far I think this helps even more than prescription. I have eaten ice cream, bread, and sweet potatoes. It is kinda expensive considering I'm taking a few a day. I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this!

Rated 4 stars because I’m happy with it but it hasn’t been long enough for me to give 5 stars. I suffer from bad bloating after eating any meal (makes me look 4 months pregnant) and after taking one of these after any large meal, my bloating is no where near what it used to be. I have not noticed why negative effects yet.

It works, I like it. Helps with bloating and after meal “blah”. A little expensive, but it’s good.

This is strong. If strong is what you're looking for then go for it, if not, take a step down in terms of ingredients. Protease here is heavy and your stomach will feel it.The product is good, it covers all the enzymes you need, if you need them. I started taking them, felt some burning and thought it was not enough strong for me. Quite the opposite. Protease is something to be careful with.

I’m doing glp’s for weightloss and underlying health improvements. Despite incorporating pre and probiotic fiber, hydrating, and what not. I wouldn’t void good enough to my opinion. Sometimes I’d have to add MiraLAX or something of that sort to cleanse. Whelp, not anymore. I’ll have me one of this capsules with my heaviest meal, usually lunch. Within the hour I am voiding. Since incorporating this, I have BM first thing when I wake up and 2-3 additional times. I’m not suffering from gassiness, bloating, or that nasty full stomach feeling one can feel when on glps. 100/10!

Pour moi le produit est efficace. Si je mange un peu plus pour des occasions, en en prenant je ne reprends pas de poids, contrairement à avant.Néanmoins je trouve qu'une gélule entière peut-être trop forte et provoque de l'inconfort digestif après. Je vous conseille d'essayer d'abord de ne prendre qu'une demi gélule pour un gros repas et voir si c'est suffisant. Pour moi ça l'est.Voire un tiers ou moins (vous ouvrez la gélule et en diluez un peu dans une petite quantité d'eau ou de jus de fruits en secouant et reversant du liquide s'il en reste, ce n'est pas très bon mais ça va) si vous en prenez régulièrement pour des repas normaux pour perdre du poids.

Aunque he comprobado que el producto me ayuda mucho en mejorar la digestion en comidas copiosas, en ocasiones me ocasiona algun malestar o acidez. Creo que es demasiado quizas para mi caso.
