I was very skeptical of this tape since I have tried prior rug tape before and they have all been worthless. My mom is disabled and we have to make sure her rugs stay in place in the tiled areas. This tape is amazing. It really holds the rugs and they do not budge. My mom has had no problems since we put this tape down. It's only been 3 months so I can't speak to the longevity but I definitely feel like this is the best tape I've tried so far.

Waste of money!
This tape does not work as a carpet tape! It is extremely difficult to cut in pieces, the glue sticks to the scissors making it even harder to cut it, and it does NOT STICK to either the rug/mat/carpet nor the floor. The only “pro” is that it is easy to remove and toss. Terrible product!

Not strong enough to hold the rug on the floor. Ordered
I used it to keep a rug from wrinkling on the floor. A waste of money. Ended up ordering a more extreme double sided tape. Worked so much better!!!. Still hasn't moved after a week.

Good Stuff for Woodworking
This double-sided carpet tape is great for my use. I use it in woodworking to stick 1/4-inch MDF templates to boards that I run thru on a router table with a flush trim copy bit for making multiple matching parts. This tape has great adhesion and can be easily removed and does not leave a residue. I do put two coats of polyurethane on my MDF patterns to aid in removing the tape. I'm pleased with the performance of this tape.

Corner of entrance mat keeps curling up and tape will not hold it in place

Does Not keep rugs in place
I purchased this tape to keep my rugs in place on my tile. My dogs play rough and move the rugs all over. I was tired of fixing the rugs daily. Weeel I put the tape all around each rug even on the runners down the hall. I even rub the taped rub to floor to help stick. Next day I go to work come home and rugs are all over the place again. The stick is just not strong enough to hold the rugs in place. So tape was a total waste of money

The manufacturer needs to tell the buyer that this tape will not work on rub backed carpet.
