About how long does it take to get used to the insoles and how long is the daily use time?

if you're just starting out with insoles, we highly recommend using them for 2-3 hours a day and then increasing the time each day so your feet can get used to the arch support.

HAVE TO TAKE OUT THE ORIHINAL INSOLES ?

Yes, you will need to replace your current insoles with 3ANGNI orthotic insoles.

HOW HIGH IS THE ARCH SUPPORT?

This heavy-duty support insole has an arch support height of 1.4 inches (3.5 cm).

What do orthotic insoles do?

3ANGNI orthopedic insoles help slow down damage to the plantar fascia, reduce pain and pressure caused by foot problems or knees and back, stabilize the arch and heel, and correct posture.

What are they made of?

The upper part of the shoe is made of comfortable and breathable EVA and PU FOAM material, the middle part is made of nylon material, which provides good support, and the heel spacer is made of PU material, which can provide good shock absorption.
