The tablets was coated with some type of capsule. I didn’t like that so if you have a problem with having a plastic capsule, I guess they will be OK.

Purchased for my senior mother. She LOVES this Glow product for her hair over much more expensive ones. It has double the Biotin and most other hair growth supplement have less than the needed 5,000 mg. So this is amazing. Also, this supplement has Seleinium, Manganese, and Saw Palmetto!!! All these are known to act in chemistry to create hair growth of hair roots still active. Nothing will make hair grow in already dead roots. My Dermatologist advised her to tele Saw Palmetto, Manganese , 5,000 mg Biotin for hair growth. So his is the BEST hair growth product. And it has the Nettle to add an herbal chance to grow hair. Don’t use all the expensive product. Use this one. It contains the needed ingredients to be able to grow hair with best chance. A more expensive price and more advertising does not mean those expensive, popular other product work. It means they are selling to ignorant people.
