It provides the "pop" of my previous "power" paddle, but has a surface that provides far superior control. The combination of power and control is outstanding.

Great racket. no idea how to tell you how its better than another, but I love it. The people I play with think it's VERY nice. Control and spin great. I will get better with this. Being a PRO style paddle, the sweet spot is not as large, but when you hit the sweet spot...game winner! I do love this paddle; I would get it again.

I bought the Tyson McGuffin 3S , I immediately loved this paddle (and the color!) I'm hovering between a 3.0 and 3.5 DUPR, and even at first use I felt more consistency with my drops and my drives have an extra ooomph. There is a shorter handle and slightly longer paddle face, which helps me out with reach (having smaller hands) I got this on sale for $100. If you are looking to upgrade this is the time. You can register it with Joola and get a 180 day warranty. The only downside it doesn't come with a paddle cover.

I purchased this product on 02.27.25. While in an active game, the paddle separated from the handle while striking a ball. I sent my receipt and a photo of the damaged product via JOOLA's website on 04.27.25. I received an automatic response saying to allow for five business day for a response. On 05.02.25, I sent an email to Team JOOLA inquiring about a response. On 05.06.25, I again inquired about a response. On 05.07.25, I received an email from the JOOLA customer support team requesting a case number. I replied that the only case number I had seen was in the subject line of the email. I also resent a photo of the receipt and the damaged product on 05.13.25. On 05.15.25, I emailed the JOOLA customer support team to let them know it would be my last attempt at corresponding with them. I requested a response by 6:00 p.m. EST. I did not hear from them, hence this review.

This paddle has taken my control, spin, and consistency to the next level. Plus, let’s be honest—it looks slick. Highly recommend to any player who wants to step up their game with a professional-grade paddle.

Excellent pickleball paddle. Purchased the Magnus 3S while on sale. Has lots of power, control is good and seems to be well balanced. It’s a little on the heavy side but still works well. Really like the elongated face. Happy it came with a spare grip. Wish it came with a protective cover.

This Joola paddle is awesome! I got this as a gift for my husband and he was so stoked to try a new style of paddle. He owns other Joola paddles, but this was his first wide body paddle, and he says he is very impressed. It had actually become one of his favorite paddles and he has been using it more often than his others lately. It's well made and amazing quality as expected from Joola. It's lightweight , comfortable to hold, and has a nice grip. (Extra grip is included as well) What he loves the most about this paddle is the wider body, which has made him have way better control and more accurate hitting of the ball. His hits are more powerful and quicker, and it has great spin. He says the overall feeling of it is awesome and he feels it has definitely improved his game. His pickleball buddies have even asked him about this paddle and say they want one too. He is very happy with it and would recommend it. He will be buying another large sweet spot Joola paddle in the future.
