very nice dehydrator. Well made. Shelves are a little close together but I found ways to work them together. It drys very nicely and is very easy to use for someone who is not a computer person.

Made some deer jerky after a successful season 5 pounds used half the racks I would estimate that it could do 10 pounds never switched trays or rotated and everything was dehydrated evenly very happy with the purchase

Extremely quiet. Works well. I’ve done 3 full loads of beef jerky, all trays loaded, dehydrates evenly, did not have to rotate racks. Excellent large capacity. Great value so far. Will see over time it’s durability.

Was so excited to try this out, waited about 2 weeks after buying it to plug it in and fire it up to make some jerky. I prepped all my jerky, got everything ready and plugged the machine in and it didn’t work… AT ALL…. What a total let down especially considering I have an older Lem dehydrator that was given to me that works like a charm.

Works great! Easy to set up and use. Kiddos love making healthy fruit snacks by dehydrating fruit. It is large so takes a bunch of counter space.

LEM BigBite 10 tray unit is an excellent dehydrator. Was able to dehydrate sliced apples evenly on all trays front to back. Can hold 16 medium sized apples sliced into 3/16 to 1/4" inch thickness. This unit takes less time to dehydrate than a typical plastic matt tray dehydrators as the stainless steel trays allow more airflow under the fruit. I saved about 2 hours drying time over my old Excalibur. The all metal interior, and fan makes me feel that I am safe from microplastic particles getting on fruit that are possible from cheaper plastic interior dehydrators. Most dehydrators have a one year warranty but this one is 5. It looks like a quality machine as well. A nice bonus is that it is very quiet.

From the glass front door to the stainless steel enclosure with 10 sq ft of dehydrating space, this unit is a compact powerhouse. It's smaller than my countertop wine refrigerator, so the footprint is as good as any dehydrator I've had but far more capacity. Also included are (10) stainless steel drying racks and a drip tray for easier cleanup. I love making my own jerky and there are so many seasoning/flavoring choices I want to try. I also love dried fruit (so does my dog). Great healthy snacks for the grandkids and whole family. Nice easy to read digital readout with timer. Great unit, the manufacturer even provides a 5 year warranty, who does that anymore? I give this product 5 stars!!! Fast shipping
