Such a great device! I am a huge fan of retro games and this thing delivers on all the systems I care most about (NES,SNES,Gameboy,GBA,DS,SegaMasterSystem,Genesis,GameGear,MAME,NeoGeo,PS1), but also gives me access to many titles in systems that are a "nice-to-have" (PSP,NS4,Dreamcast). An all this for under $100!!!I used to do most of my emulation on my phone, but the RG35XX-H has just been so much more convenient that I find myself playing much more often and I enjoy the experience more.I know many take issue with the stock firmware, but I'm just a "grab-and-go" player, so I don't have anything to complain about there (although I did try Batocera just to see how it was on this)

Overall quality is fantastic. The package comes with a screen protector and a huge selection of games right out the box. Solid buttons and thumbsticks. The battery last around 12-15 hours on and off or in sleep. Great value.

I received a console and had fun until after a few days it showed the loading screen and never fully loaded. I tried everything to get it to work but no dice. I returned it for a replacement and this one only sometimes has issues powering on. I've had the replacement for about a week and now it will turn on, but won't load any games. The console confirms all of the buttons are working properly but it won't load any games. I think I have spent many many more hours trying to get this to turn on and play games than I have actually playing the games. The price is cheap because the quality is even cheaper

This has to be one of the better emulators on the market. It has a ton of I/O for controllers, additional SD cards, Bluetooth, Network, etc.The screen is small, but it is crisp, clear, and vibrant with great viewing at all viewing angles.The buttons and thumbstick are equivalent to modern day controllers such as XBOX, not mushy.Not only is Anbernics OS simple and easy to use, but the games it has work well.I had run into a situation where the SD card would not boot. Search in a browser for Anbernic firmware. Select your device, copy and paste the address to the download of a firmware image. Make sure to download the corresponding image to the size of your SD. 64gb will have EN64GB in the title...it will take a long time to download. These images will contain the OS and the games.Adding games is super easy. Insert a FAT32 SD into the right slot, and it will automatically add the folder structure. Remove the SD card, attach to a PC, and drag ROMs to corresponding folders.It is a lot to know, but emulation is very popular, and there is a ton of rabbit holes to adventure.Don't get overwhelmed, you don't need everything, just take it in bite size chunks and ENJOY!
