I had previously bought 2 other different brands of comparable wraps (one was even suggested as a near identical dupe) and finally caved and order the Solly. Learn from my mistake and order the Solly first! I typically try to find more cost effective options for baby items but this is one thing that is 100% worth the price tag. Extremely soft, breathable material. Very easy and comfortable to wrap with good support for you and baby. My little one loved napping in here and it was so convenient to have hands free and know they were very secure. Great quality and will use for all my future kids. Something about this material was just night and day difference from the other two nearly identical wraps I tried. Nice and stretchy but still very secure.

As a new member of the 2 under 2 club, I do not have hours to rock my 2 month old to sleep during the day. As she will only last about 15 minutes in her rocker, the majority of our days are spent in very close proximity by way of a variety of baby wearing devices. This was fine in March and April, prior to late spring heat waves arriving in New England. I started my search for a summer carrier and the solly was frequently recommended in my search. I bit the bullet and ordered it during a stretch of 90 degree days. It is a bit pricey, but anyone saying that it’s overpriced for 5+ yards of fabric has obviously never gone to a fabric store to purchase 5 yards of good quality fabric. Temperature wise it does keep me and my daughter much cooler than my boba or ergo. The fabric is quite soft, the floral print is positively lovely and it is much more lightweight than other wraps. This has some pros and cons. I’m kept much cooler, but it has been taking me a bit to figure out exactly how tight to wrap it. I’m about a size 14 and have plenty of extra fabric. However, I find it nearly impossible to keep the fabric flat on my back which is not an issue with my thicker wrap. The shoulders and back cross stay flat but the rest kind of bunches into a rope on my lower back which gets a bit uncomfortable after a couple hours. The fabric is stretchy but not in the traditional way of a cotton/spandex wrap. It’s very lightweight and strong but does have quite a bit of give to it. Because of this, I’ve been having to play around with how tight I start off the wrap and have to readjust during the day. Overall, it fits my needs well by definitely being one of the “coolest” options available for baby wearing in the summer. If it wasn’t getting so gosh darn hot out I’d probably be sticking with my boba. If you don’t want to sweat like a pig all summer and your little one refuses to be put down, spare yourself the overheating and get this. Update: as my daughter got around the 15 lb mark, she started to not like this wrap as much. It doesn’t offer nearly the support as a thicker wrap so it’s kind of been retired until a new baby comes along. Definitely can’t imagine wearing her with this at 20+ lbs even though it’s rated for more.

SO soft, stretchy, and comfy for mom and baby. Takes a couple tries to tie it correctly but after learning it's super easy. Worth the money! Baby feels super secure and safe against mom

I got this because my boba wrap is so thick and hot! This is made exactly like a boba but the material is for real breathable! Is thin and cool for mom and baby! You do have to get it on you snug because it does stretch and if you dont get it tight enough baby starts to sag after a bit and you have to redo but otherwise I love it. It was exactly what I was looking for! Super soft. I do feel it's a little over priced for what it is but it's the only one I could find thin enough for me and baby both to stay cool.

I really like this wrap for use with my newborn, he loved being close to me and it is super soft and not very thick, which makes it work great for spring and summer. I took off a star because it is similar stress on your back as it would be just holding your child in front of you, without the support of a thicker strap like some other baby carriers, and it is a bit tough to get the hang of using.

Was intimidating initially so it sat around for a while but I finally decided to give it a go and watched some videos on TikTok on how to wrap it. Originally the baby was a bit fussy and I could only get him to accept it 50% of the time but by 7-10 uses, he happily sits in it. It’s breathable, comfortable, and high quality. We use it for every single contact nap. Worth every penny. Tip: once you have baby in there, if there fussing, go up and down some stairs. Mine seemed to settle into it with the bouncing motion of stairs. I also bounce on a yoga ball while saying shhh and he’s usually asleep within 3-5 minutes. And we easily get 1.5-2h nap in it!

I purchased this Solly Baby wrap as a baby shower gift for a friend, and she has really loved it so far! It was on her registry because she had heard so many good things about it from other moms, especially as a first-time mom, and it definitely seems to live up to the hype. The fabric is incredibly soft and lightweight while still feeling secure and supportive for baby. The color is also really pretty in person. She’s gotten a lot of use out of it already and says it’s comfortable for both her and the baby, which is huge during those newborn days. I will say there’s a little bit of a learning curve when it comes to figuring out how to wrap and secure it correctly at first. It definitely takes a little practice and patience the first few times you put it on. But once you get the hang of it, it works really well and feels very snug and secure. Overall this ended up being a really great gift and I’d absolutely recommend it for any new mom!

10/10! Easy to use, light weight, didn’t feel sweaty and bay loved it too! She’d sleep in it, or just hang out while I got things done around the house! Washes nicely, no wear and tear and easy to pack. Material is nice and soft too! Love the patterns
