This was a Xmas present, and they love it! Worth the cost, colorful and quality good.

Very cool design. It's not very easy to tell the colors apart tho which is annoying. Would be hard for kiddos I'm 35, and took me 7 hours to do one and I've done a lot of cross stitch. Doesn't tell you what the foam is for or how to use it. I kinda figured it went on the back but it wasn't stated in instructions. Instructions are vague. Doesn't tell you how many strands to use. Pretty big size for a book mark and thick.

They have nice colors. It is easy to follow.

This is a beautiful kit. The colors really pop and the quality is very good.

Comes with everything you need to dip you toes into the hobby. You get both a printed pattern and it is stamped onto the canvas. Very portable small project to take on travel, or with a couple spare needles, you could do this with friends, kiddos, grands, anyone who might want to learn.

I think it's the adhesive backing that's really stinky. 4 stars for that. The patterns are printed on the aida. It can be difficult to tell some shades apart so also check with the sheet of paper it comes with. The thread is a bit thinner than regular DMC but I haven't had much of an issue with fraying aside from the very end. Overall a good value and relatively easy and quick to complete one.

I enjoyed doing my first cross stitch. I liked the sewing although some of the outlines were hard to distinguish the darker colors from each other. I had trouble figuring out the how to put the backing on. The backing was stuck to the paper, so the felt won’t stick to the back of the bookmark. I will have to buy more adhesive and/or figure out how to sew the felt backing on the bookmark. Also the directions with the product did not include using 3 threads so I was just using one thread. It wasn’t until I was looking at Amazon sight with product info that I saw to use three threads. Maybe include better instruction info with product.

I am loving this project so far, though as a beginner I did have to look up how to start and how to do the actual stitching. That being said, the patters are beautiful and printed well, easy to see and read. The scissors that come with this kit are pretty bad haha, so I suggest getting a small pair of your own to use. Other than that I am pleasantly delighted with this product. I'd also like to shout out their customer service. My dog decided to eat the sheet with the colors and instructions, leaving me stranded. I contacted the seller and asked for help, they sent me the PDF of the instructions and I was able to download it onto my phone directly. I'd like tonsee my dog try and eat my phone lol! But yes so far I'm very much enjoying this product.
