Is it a smooth shave? Does it do longer hair

Im not sure what hair you mean ..its a brilliant razor leaves your skin smooth and soft

Cannot get the cartridge to 'seat' it's loose and wobbly and the razor holder pops up. Trie cartridge fr separate box, same thing. Defective razor?

The razor head does wobble as it moves as you shave your body. The razor blade should click into place. There is two buttons on the side of your razor that should secure and hold the blade in place
