Suggestion for buyers
The insole is actually pretty decent and good quality, the thing to remember is even though they have given the cut-out lines to cut the insoles to bring them in the size, you should not directly cut on their guidelines and the shoe sizes are different . Cut it as per your shoe size and your last sole used in the shoe. The absorption is amazing and shock absorption is amazing while speed walking.

Zero cushioning not worth it !
Very disappointed w Fovera ! Insole is ultra thin and has no cushioning at all even with the claimed "Gel support" which is just not enough. Buyers beware ! This is NOT an Ortho insole at all. Fovera tried to compete with Frido etc but tbis is just not there and.not worth ! Also the packaging was very bad and insoles arrived with open unsealed packet. ! Amazon is going from.bad to.worse !!
