Women who who wear mens shoes usually buy mens shoes 1.5 size smaller than their womans shoe size, so this rocky boot in mens size 6 1/2 or 7 should be an appropriate fit. I can tell you I bought this boot in the size I normally wear, and I do have a little extra room in the boot wearing lightweight socks, so when I wear heavy insulated socks the boot fits good without being too tight.
