This was the piece that we needed to fix our Frigidaire freezer when it stopped working. The item is affordable and arrived quick. It was easy to replace after watching a YouTube video. The quality of the product is good. Once my husband installed the evaporator the freezer started getting cold within 30 minutes of not less. No issues with the freezer overcompensating with extra noise as before and we can use the freezer again!

This is a good replacement fan. It runs quietly. The only problem that I have encountered is that the shaft is not the standard .125" or 1/8" as the stock motor was. This shaft diameter is .1" so I had to add a piece of aluminum foil strip in the blade hub to fill in the slack. The other problem I encountered is that the motor spins clock wise CW. This is easy to reverse by simply taking the shaft assembly screws off and reversing the complete shaft assembly. No mechanical degree required to do this. It is simple and straight forward. How to tell what direction the motor spins. 1. Look at the motor with the shaft tip facing you. 2. Observe the two copper winding at the top edge of the motor frame. 3. If the copper winding is on the right side the motor will spin counter clock wise CCW. If you see the copper winding on the left side then the motor spins clock wise CW. 4. If you need the motor to spin the opposite direction then remove the two screws holding the shaft assembly and flip the entire assembly to the other side. When assembled and viewed from the shaft end the copper winding will now be on the opposite side.

When my refrigerator started to get warm, the first thing I thought was a freon leak but the freezer was still holding temp so I looked to this circulator motor. Most newer fridges have these fans that help pull the cold air from the freezer upto the refrigerator box and when these motors go bad they cant hold the proper temperature. Overall an easy replacement, just a lot of various size screws to contend with. Fortunately I didn't have to deal with insulation or glue but you might depending on your model. You may also have to cut the original wires to connect this. This is one of the least expensive ways I know of to save a $400 repair bill. Five Stars.

This was a low cost exact replacement part. Seems to be working well.

Installation is a very good fit, no alterations was needed and performance is meeting expectation. The low marking for durability is because only time can determine this status.

The only reason I bought this one over the less expensive is only because in the picture, this one showed me the wiring connection tabs, the less expensive one did not leave me confident that the connectors were correct even though they may have been, I could not confirm by the picture. This one is $15 more but I knew it was right. It works great and is very quiet. No regrets.

Took about 8 days for me to get it from California to Canada. But once I got the part, it works great!

This is a shaded pole fractional electric motor, just about the cheapest motor known. I bought this as a replacement for the similar motor is my fridge that was getting noisy. This motor has sleeve bearings that had some slight play out of the box. I installed it - it fit, it ran and once it got cold it made as much noise as the one that was worn out.
