Very disappointed for the price i expected something other than a very this vinyl coat. might be good for a hot summer day but not a fall or spring rain, you need a liner for slightly chilly weather. This is meant to be kept in a diaper bag for emergencies to keep you dry if it suddenly starts pouring. Not for waiting for the bus or short walk to school in the rain, it's just too thin. I ordered a better quality one and will just take the $$ loss.

Great lightweight rain coat. I feel the sleeves are a little short - however, my daughter has long legs and arms, so if your child is more average build, this is a great jacket.
