Quiet, soft, comfortable, stable, perfect case, looking no further.
I have been searching for the perfect pair of earplugs that don't slip out of my ear as I turn in my sleep and are just as comfortable when I sleep on my side as my back (tend to be a slide sleeper). In the 4 weeks since purchase, I have used them probably 10-15 times, and they only fell out one night that i can recall. They seem to just fit my ear canal so much better than other brands and stay secure, and muffle my partner's snoring enough that it's barely audible (low frequency). And they're soft and comfortable for 7-8 hours through the night with no uncomfortable pressure points on the canal or the outer ear. And the case itself is TINY and securely closes - perfect for popping in my travel case but big enough not to get lost. Others found it hard to position them, but they seem relatively natural after the third or fourth time. You can easily tell when you're inserting the wrong one in the L or R ear. If these did not work, I was about to try some of the ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) models out there - but truly I no longer need them. Overall really glad I kept these Alpine earpligs versus the others I ordered - TOAPEX -45db earplugs, Loop Quiet 2, Loop Dream. None of those models stayed put i my ear, and were uncomfortable in one way or another.

These may be my go to ear plugs!
I am becoming a lighter sleeper as I get older, and so taking CBN . After trying 8 different varieties of ear plugs I think I finally found a pair that will work for me. I live in a nice area but between airplanes flying until midnight, birds chirping and general noise I need something to fit solid in my ears Tried these last night and so far seems to work Good fit, comfortable for a side sleeper and great price Not a complete blocking of noise but muffled enough to fall asleep. If these work I may invest in another pair just to have on hand Hope this review helps those searching for a good fit and diminishing sound

Comfortable, cheap, reusable
I use earplugs nightly for sleep, have what I consider average sized ears, am a side sleeper, and very sensitive to noise. Pros -Reusable: I’ve used disposable foam and that got pricy at 1 use only and 10 use wax which was technically cheaper if I could use them 10x. Unfortunately I produce a lot of earwax so it felt gross to use more than 6-7 times so I wasn’t getting my money’s worth -Comfortable: I side sleeper and the medium that comes standard fits perfectly. The weird V shape keeps it in place and doesn’t add odd pressure like music earbuds (I’ve tried AirPods and similar). I find it 100x more comfortable than foam which felt too long and stuck out. It was better than wax which after too many uses kept falling out -Cheap: quality is good. Nothing special and not super pricy. It’s worth the one time cost (maybe two if I need to replace in many years) Cons (causing one star loss) -Noise cancelling ability: you get what you pay for. This obviously states the decibel levels it blocks. Compared to wax this barely blocks sound. Do not expect to sleep through traffic, loud snoring partner, baby cries, or anything serious. I luckily sleep with white noise machines and it combines well enough that my brain will shut off and let me sleep through snoring. I wish they could make this exact design block out some more noise -V shape: this thing is NOT customizable. If your ears are slightly smaller or bigger than what this was designed for it may fall out or be very uncomfortable. I will update if anything changes as it’s only been a month of use

Works just great when used properly
Although, they don’t block out every noise, 100%, they are the best that, I’ve found. After trying various foam earplugs which fell out or didn’t effectively block noise, the best I previously found were the silicone ones that were only good for a few nights, or they no longer stick then had to be thrown away. If inserted properly these earplugs do work and lay flat within the ear so as not to be uncomfortable for side sleepers. Ignore some of the negative reviews. As with so many reviews on Amazon when you have a disproportionately low number of negative reviews, many people are not following directions or using the product correctly. The review that said, the tip came out and became lodged in his wife’s ear was only because she did not make sure the tip was on securely. It takes a bit of a tug to get the tips off in order to change them and they have to be completely attached before using. This doesn’t just happen. As far as noise reduction, I have not been sleeping next to a snorer, or near any railroad tracks but one of our dogs is a barker and there’s no telling what might set her off. Since using these earplugs, I can’t hear her. Also, there are right and left earplugs as well as proper placement on one’s ear. I found that I could still hear noise if they weren’t inserted properly. I’ve only had these a few weeks so will have to write a later update on how long they are effective.

Convenient and Comfortable
After recently losing a pair of earplugs, I went in search to buy new ones and came across these. What attracted me to them first was the case and how the plugs fit together inside so neatly. They even survived a drop test case opened and they stayed put. Easily fits in your pocket and you can even attach them to a keychain or clip with the loop tag in the side! They are very comfortable to wear, too. The soft silicone and V shaped feels natural that provides a snug, secure fit. Perfect for use while sleeping. The package has three different sizes to meet specific needs. Small worked for me best. As for sound blocking, they do their job. As someone with sound sensitivity, ear plugs are a god send when it comes to going out in public, especially shopping. They block the majority of high frequency sounds that bother me most, which is a big plus. I'll need to test them out at a concert soon! The $20 price may seem a bit steep, but so far it's more than worth it for me. With the quality and design that went into it, it's more like a steal! Would highly recommend.

Hard to insert, caused discomfort
Pros: --Nice travel case is included --4 different sizes of plug are included, to find the best fit --Noise reduction is good, but not as good as simple foam-type plugs. Cons: --I found it very difficult to insert the plugs, and the "instructions" on the product page are not very helpful. These are unusually shaped earplugs, and it's not obvious how to insert them correctly, but the instructions say only " Gently insert the earplug into the ear, making sure the V-shaped body is properly nested within the ear canal." One shouldn't need a mirror to make sure ear plugs are inserted correctly. --As a side sleeper, I found the V-shaped base frequently caught on the pillow case, causing discomfort. --Frequently, I would wake up to find the plug still in my ear, but in a position where it no longer blocked noise, requiring another struggle to get the plug back in. Obviously, everyone's ears are different, so I can only talk about my own experience, but I found these earplugs uncomfortable and difficult to use. I will be switching back to foam plugs.

Work pretty well
Apparently these are working for my guy. Better than simple plugs, more like noise filtering than complete block out
