Solo sirvió con la pre carga que traía
Solo lo pude utilizar con la pre carga que traía. Lo puse a cargar para seguirlo usando y ya no prendió, como que tiene falso contacto ya que el foco se ilumina pero se apaga inmediatamente

Nach nur 6 Monaten defekt :-(
Bereits nach 7 Monaten defekt. Zahnbürste lässt sich nicht mehr einschalten. Akku ist geladen. Dennoch nur ein kurzes Summen. Bürstenkopf steht still! Wo sind die Zeiten hin, wo Produkte jahrzehntelang halten? Rücknahme scheint hier auch nicht vorgesehen zu sein. Zumindest finde ich keine Möglichkeit :-/ Das ist einfach nur enttäuschend!

Stopped working after 2 weeks, getting a refund
Not sure what happened, but this toothbrush stopped working after about 2 weeks of ordering it. I bought it for my daughter. She was using it without any issues the first 2 weeks and then problems started developing. First the brush stopped working while using. We thought it was issue with charging, but even after charging 100%, it still stopped. While charging, the LED indicator turns red and after charging 100% it turns green. Even after 100% charge, the brush just stops working. She got upset couple of times and I decided to return it. Price-wise, it is very affordable but quality-wise not so much.

„Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, leider haben Sie mir meine Verkäufer Kontaktierung bis heute nicht beantwortet. Ich hatte Ihnen mitgeteilt, dass ich mit dem Putzergebnis der Zahnbürste zufrieden bin. Leider rattert der Motor beim Zähne putzen und ist viel, viel zu laut. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass der Motor defekt ist. Ich kann Ihnen bei Bedarf gern ein Video übersenden. Ich bin am Überlegen, ob ich das Gerät zurücksende und eine entsprechende negative Rezension abgebe werde; sorry. MfG. Georg“
