GREAT PRODUCT
As an athlete dedicated to enhancing performance and maximizing training benefits, I had high expectations when trying out the Versa Gripps® Fit Pro. Made in the USA specifically for female athletes, these wrist straps have proven themselves as an essential training accessory for anyone serious about their fitness journey. **Design and Comfort** One of the most impressive features of the Versa Gripps® Fit Pro is the quality of the materials used. The 20% softer foam not only enhances comfort during workouts but also ensures that you maintain a solid grip without compromising strength. This balance is crucial, especially during heavy lifts, where any discomfort could detract from performance. The improved webbing design further contributes to an overall softer feel, which significantly reduces hand fatigue. I found that using these straps allowed me to focus more on my form and the exercise itself rather than on any discomfort in my hands. This is particularly beneficial for longer training sessions. **Enhanced Grip** The longer grip length is another standout feature. It provides added lifting power and control, which is particularly advantageous when tackling heavier weights or complex movements. With these grips, I felt more secure and confident, allowing me to push my limits safely. **Aesthetic Appeal** Additionally, the Versa Gripps® Fit Pro come in trendsetting colors, including the vibrant Peach Bellini. This allows you to express your personal style while adhering to your fitness goals. It’s a small detail, but having workout gear that looks good can be a great motivator. **Cutting-Edge Performance** What truly sets these wrist straps apart is their advanced technology. The patented design incorporates cutting-edge materials that enhance both grip and performance. I noticed a significant improvement in my lifting capacity, as the straps helped distribute the weight evenly, alleviating strain on my wrist. **Conclusion** Overall, the Versa Gripps® Fit Pro have exceeded my expectations. They not only provide the essential support needed for serious lifting but also prioritize comfort and style. For female athletes looking for a reliable training accessory, these straps are a fantastic investment. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or just starting, I highly recommend incorporating the Versa Gripps® Fit Pro into your workout routine.

Fantastic, but worth it?
I initially got these for my girlfriend, but the regular size was too large for her. I (male) decided to try them, and they definitely feel more chunky around the wrists than any other straps I tried. I'm assuming that's due to the thick padding. The padding is definitely a plenty - I have not felt any discomfort or any digging in any part of my hands. What I haven't seen on straps before is that the wrist strap is stitched to the middle grippy part at an angle, which is the direction weight would be pulling the strap anyway, which makes a lot of sense! I'm not sure why all straps aren't made like this. It actually makes a lot of difference as you get a more even weight distribution across the wrist. I was a little sceptical about the grippy part as I'm used to straps that wrap around the bar 2 or 3 times, but it actually holds weight really well. In fact, better than regular straps, without taking the time that takes to wrap regular straps around the bar. Now, is it worth the £75 price tag? If you don't care about the cost, yes. These straps are great, however you can get by using any other/regular straps at a fraction of the price.

Stylish support
Absolutely love these! The lilac colour is a lovely touch – feminine without being over-the-top. They give brilliant grip and wrist support, especially during pulls and heavy lifts. Really easy to use, and they stay put – no faffing mid-set. A solid bit of kit if you’re serious about strength training.

Brilliant upgrade
I previously purchased the Fit variety, and although they remain in excellent condition, I found the shorter grip to be somewhat limiting during my workouts. The new FitPro grips have effectively addressed this issue, offering an extended grip length that significantly enhances my lifting experience. These grips effortlessly wrap around any dumbbell or barbell, providing a secure and comfortable hold that boosts my confidence during heavy lifts. The build quality is exceptional—they are remarkably sturdy, comfortable, and durable, even with frequent use. For anyone serious about weightlifting, the FitPro grips are an indispensable addition to your gym equipment. They not only improve grip stability but also contribute to better overall performance. I highly recommend them to lifters at any level looking to enhance their workout experience.

Top quality grips
I am fairly new to lifting with just under two years lifting experience both in the gym and my garage. These have helped me immensely as they are supportive and give me more confidence that I have the grip needed to lift the weights I am starting to achieve. In all honesty I think the straps are over priced but you do get what you pay for and I haven’t had any other grips that come close to this. Fully recommend if you have the money to spend.

I recently got my hands on the lilac-colored Versa Gripps, and I’m beyond impressed! These grips not only look great but have also elevated my lifting experience. Design and Aesthetics: First off, the lilac color is gorgeous! It's a refreshing, vibrant twist on the typical workout gear, and it adds a fun pop of color to my gym essentials. The design itself is sleek and minimalistic, which I appreciate. They fit comfortably around my wrists and hands, and I love that the color is both stylish and unique. They stand out without being too flashy, making them the perfect mix of practical and fashionable. Comfort and Fit: As for functionality, the Versa Gripps are extremely comfortable. The material is soft yet firm enough to provide support during heavy lifts. The straps are easy to adjust, and they stay in place no matter how intense the workout. The grip is perfect—no slipping or discomfort, even during sweaty sessions. The ergonomic design also prevents the usual hand strain I’ve felt with traditional lifting straps, so I can focus on my lifts without worrying about my grip. Performance: When it comes to performance, these grips are a game-changer. They enhance my grip during deadlifts, pull-ups, and even rowing exercises. My grip strength used to be a limiting factor, but with these Versa Gripps, I can lift heavier and longer without my hands giving out. They distribute the weight evenly across my palms, so I don’t feel the strain I used to. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my lifts, and the added support helps prevent hand fatigue. Durability: I’ve been using these regularly, and they’ve held up really well. The material feels sturdy, and they’ve shown no signs of wear and tear, even after multiple uses. The quality is top-notch, and I feel confident these will last through many more workouts. Final Thoughts: Overall, the Versa Gripps in lilac are an amazing investment. They combine style, comfort, and performance in one perfect package. If you're someone who wants to take their lifting to the next level while adding a little personality to your workout gear, these are definitely worth considering. I’m loving the extra support, and the lilac color is just the cherry on top!

I was a little skeptical at first but these are magic. They make a big difference especially with pulling movements to take your grip out as a limiting factor and let you focus on the muscles you are trying to train. They fit nicely, feel very well built and I can see them lasting a long time. These model of grips are intended for women with the extra padding and purple colour, but they work just as well for either sex. While doing lat pulldowns, rows, farmers walks, deadlifts etc, I noticed my forearms were no longer preventing me from doing more reps and I was able to get closer to failure than I could without the grips. They will even work with pull ups and and to a lessor extent bench press. If you are serious about strength training, do yourself a favour and get a pair. They are a little pricier than the more standard grips, however I think they work better and are much quicker and easier to use to save you time in the gym. Definitely recommended!

I really like that these are designed to give a good grip on a barbell or other piece of equipment that you can push or pull weight against. The overall idea is great because they allow for a firm rubbery grip onto a surface and since our palms tend to get sweaty when working out, the grip these give eliminates that issue. I also tend to get calluses on the palm of my hands from lifting weighted bars so this is great to reduce the friction against the skin which they do a great job of. Nothing against the product at all but these are personally hard for me to use for one reason and that is simply because I have a very tiny wrist and the velcro straps don't allow for a full wrap around the wrist so I have a huge section of the velcro hanging over the side which gets in the way. Other than that, these are perfect and I recommend them for the benefits they provide.

Versa grip nails it once again. I have been using Versa grips for a very long time now, and have always found they are the perfect solution to lifting heavy when your grip strength is the limiting factor. I have used the PRO line for years, and loved my grips for how much value they bring to my workouts in allowing me to reach muscle hypertrophy. Since larger muscle groups like your back require a lot of weight, but your forearms and grip may give out at those higher weights, these always help. The FIT PRO line is specific for women, and seems to be identical to the PRO's, with different colours. These function the exact same as my PRO's, and fit the same. I found that giving these grips to female lifters immediately allows them to row and pull much more weight, and allows them to reach muscle hypertrophy better. The sizing guide provided on Versa Grip's website is accurate and should be followed to get the perfect fitting grip. When it comes to lifting straps, I will always recommend VERSA GRIPS, and only them because of their quality, durability, comfort, and ease of use. 5/5 stars

I've been quite happy with these lifting straps. The product page is a bit confusing re: sizing. There's on size chart, and initially this doesn't clearly seem to indicate the size of the gloves other than that they're sized for women. The R/L doesn't mean Right and Left gloves, but regular/large size haha. I've actually been able to wear these without issue. I normally wear medium to large gloves and these fit great actually! These are quite comfortable and feel very premium in hand. They do take a bit of getting used to, but I found it much more intuitive as compared to the usual wrist straps that I've used for heavier deadlifts. These provide excellent support where you grip strength may be limiting your heavier lifts. The added bonus is you can use this to help protect the palm of your hand and wrist when doing push exercises as well. These are definitely not cheap but worth the money if you've found the regular wrist straps cause you problems and have the money. 100% would recommend!
