Nice Additive.
Love this with house wash. Nice simple addition to my solution. A little pricey but worth the cost. Nice lemon scent adds to cut bleach smell slightly and helps the bleach stick to the grime a lil better to rinse off easier.

Works great! Especially with SH, sort of takes the bleach smell away. It’s been my bread and butter for all pressure washing jobs.

Great for getting more dwell time when power washing etc. Nice lemon scent and a little goes a long way.

Did a great job cleaning my house alongside pool bleach
Did a great job soft washing my house. Mixed up 3-4 oz Elmonator, 2 cups 10% bleach, and a gallon of water, then put it through my downstream injector on my pressure washer. Used the black tip to spray on siding, let it dwell for a few (5-10) minutes, then came back with rinse. I used the green tip about 10" off the vinyl siding and it did a fantastic job. Definitely a better job than when I've used just water in the past, and only the slightest lemon/bleach smell.
