Brilliant old school tech. You will get a good work out shampooing your carpet but it really works and it will come up great. Recommend good value for money

Didn't use as not what I wanted just washes no place for dirty water very disappointing trying to return and even that's difficult Everi wouldn't accept yesterday I'm housebound so have to rely on other people to return will try again

Trigger very, very stiff
Delivery was quick & the shampoo has a pleasant scent; HOWEVER, the trigger handle to release the shampoo onto the rug/carpet is extremely stiff which makes the shampooer tricky to use.
