This is a good quality cinnamon. I use it for baked goods and it has a nice flavor, color and aroma. Ceylon cinnamon is more expensive then regular cinnamon but if you do a lot of baking you can tell a difference and this brand is with the money.

Best cinnamon I’ve ever used. The texture and taste is so supreme compared to the regular stuff on grocery store shelves. Never knew this until now! Worth the cost.

Taste good ,can't wait to make cinnamon toast with it. It is a more mild flavor, but they say it better for a sick liver. We will see. Thanks

This cinnamon is so mild compared to others I have tried. I use it in my coffee every morning and it tastes great.
